RP Hunt Casual search for fellow mature idiots <3

Hello~! I'm not super great with introductions but I'd like to make more friends in the roleplay sphere, and so I'm making this here search thread.

Some notes about me:

• I'm in my early 30s and use she/they, and I've been role-playing in various forms since at least 2005.
• I'm American and live in the Central time zone.
• Most of my role-play is via Discord now (both with the Tupperbox proxy bot and without) but I'm also open to threads!
  • Because of that, I'm very flexible with word counts and writing formats, and will instead try my best to mirror your output as much as possible.
• I like making friends with the people I write with, so don't be afraid to yap at me.
  • I will annoy you so much with AU ideas if you let me type long enough.
• I have no real preference towards CCxCC, CCxOC or OCxOC, though I do have quite a few OCs that I like sharing and retooling for new plots.
  • In cases of shipping, I have no preferences regarding shipping, either. MxM, MxF, and FxF are all equally liked, though I will lean towards writing men more often than not just out of habit
• My favorite genres can vary between mature and dark, to silly and adventurous. If a plot has smut or romance in it, I'd prefer a 60/40 mix between actual plot and smut, or at least balanced enough that it doesn't feel like thinly veiled cybering.
  • Because my plots can involve mature themes in general, I do not role-play with minors, full stop.

  • My main fandom! I am chewing at the bit to share many, many OCs and rewrites of lore with someone else. Anything, basically.
• Markiplier's Adventures series(In Space With Markiplier, and previous installments)
  • Second favorite fandom. I have a few Y/Ns/sonas/OCs that slot in here, but I can write the canons as well.
  • Yes, I have seen Iron Lung
• Final Fantasy (various installments but especially X and XIV)
  • I have a WoL and a few other OCs, and a passing understanding of a couple of canons.
• Dungeons & Dragons, World of Darkness, and various other TTRPGs
• Many others that I have forgotten to name, so feel free to ask

• Frankensteins (mad scientist x creation, creation x mad scientist's 'client', etc)
  • I have a hyperfixation for the Bride of Frankenstein.
• I'm willing to listen to any specific ideas you may have, I mostly list mine as idea starters.
