RP Hunt When an Adventurer retires (M looking for F)

What happens when an adventurer retires?

That is the main driving force behind this rp. It's been a sort of bug in my ear about what an adventurer would do after they retire. After years of dungeon crawling and dragon slaying, what would life be like in a quaint tavern inside a small town with not much going on?

The setting in mind is similar to high fantasy. Think dnd, with elves and dwarves but also with warforged and other races. I'm open to any ideas and details about the town and the characters, feel free to dm me. I have a few characters I can use, and I'd love to discuss.

I'm mostly looking for a romance plot. How would our characters know each other? Perhaps old acquaintances? Ex party members? How would they get closer? Slow burn? A one night stand that turns into something more? I'm open to discussion and details.

A little bit about me, I write in 3rd person and in the present tense or sometimes in the past tense. I usually type a paragraph in response, but it can be shorter or longer depending on the scenario. I am a little new to rping off discord, so I apologize in advance in case of any misunderstanding or misuse of posts.

To clarify, I do like writing smut. I like a 50:50 mix between plot and smut, but we can discuss it going more one way or the other as the rp goes. Not a big fan of gore, scat or inflation. Or mind control. Anything else can be discussed.
