"Mixed signals? I think I'm sending exactly the right ones..." She mumbled softly as he pinched her rear "Mainly that you're only going in that hole until my muscles are as big as possible..."

"....only that one?" Boon pouted as he pressed his head to her neck. "Not even givingv yiu fresh protein shakes?" He teased. "

"Mmm... maybe not only that one... but definitely mostly." She hummed softly as he pressed against her neck, even as she began to close her eyes again "But for now, it's time for rest..."

"I'll buy you plenty if lube-" he teased faintlybas.as sge got comfortable, letting her sleep. He stayed close to her, and the eggs, , until the nurse returned to place them into the incubator

Mary snuggled into him as she slept, dreaming happily about when they'd be back with Kobi and the others, as well as when her two children would hatch.

Mary smiled widely as she finally walked back into the apartment she shared with Boon, her hands full with her two eggs, that were now safe to be kept there with them, her tail wagging happily as she walked back into her home.

As they came into the apartment Kodi was running around, Delson hnvhed over as he caught his breath. "Alright- no more tag-" he said huffed. The boy spun ,rushing at his parents, but his dad caught him, picking him up "heeeeey!" Boon said. Kodi hugged him, then moved to hug Mary.

Mary blinked as she watched Kobi run towards her, lifting the eggs up slightly as his arms wrapped around her "Heya hun... Careful now!" She called down to him, even as she shifted her grip on the eggs gently.

Kodi looked up at her, his ears flickering down, his tail wagging. "Sorry mommy-" he said as Boon stroked on his head. "You're okay.C Boon assured.

Mary smiled too, nodding along to Boons words "It's okay Kobi... Give me a minute to put these two down, then we can have a proper cuddle..."

Kobi pouted as Boon carried him along to set him down. Delson sitting atvthe kitchen counter. "The cradles are ready in your room" the trainer said

Mary smiled back to Delson, nodding her head "Thank you!" She smiled, moving over to said cradles to deposit her eggs gently into them, then return to give Kobi the hug he deserved "There we go... How've you been?"

Kobi hugged her tightly, nuzzling uo to her, his tail wagging quickly. "I'm glad you're back! Are you okay?"

"Uh Huh, I'm all 100% okay" She replied, resting her head against his "And so are your siblings. I can't wait to meet them, when they hatch" She hummed softly, squeezing him back in a hug that matched how tightly he was holding her.

Kodi smiles wider the squeezing breaking briefly ,Boon moving in and hugging them both. "We're going to need to prepare more space in the future." He said. "And Mary is going to get back to fighting "

Mary squeaked softly as Boon wrapped them both up tightly in his embrace, before she heard his next words "Mhm... I'm gonna get tougher than Daddy, so I can beat him whenever I want" She promised, moving to kiss his cheek "Just because he thinks I can't!"

Boon smirked at her. "You have to get in the ring first, you'll have to show me if you even get near it." He barbed as Kobi laughed and nodding, understanding the competitive spirit brewing

Mary grinned back, her eyes sparkling as she met his “I’m going to get strong enough to take away your title as Inferno King!” She promised, licking her lips as she did so.

Boon snorted, and leaned forward. "If you're lucky." He said as he stood up, petting his son. "That will take a extreme amount of work"

“I know how to put in work… maybe I’ll go back to the mountains.” She teased in return, standing and carrying Kobi “But I will manage it! I’m gonna beat you, and I’ll do it as a Flareon”

"You still need a fire stone." He said shrugging.

"Didn't she absorb your heat the first time?" Delson asked raising a brow. "Why doesn't she do it again?

Mary was bouncing Kobi gently before pausing and looking away at Delson's question "Uh, well, that... was a very specific circumstance. And we're not discussing it with Kobi present, so... that's that!"

"Why?" Kobi asked with a pout..

"It's big Mon thing, you'll understand when your older." Delson smoothed with a gentle wave of his hand.

Kobi whined and put his chin on Mary's shoulder, trying to use baby doll eyes on her .

Mary shook her head, petting his head "Uncle Delson is right, it's something for when your older." She soothed, placing a kiss onto his nose "Now, stop trying that on me, you know it never works..." She was basically lying at that point. Most of the time, she'd have cracked immediately, giving into whatever he wanted. Normally, it was getting him a sweet treat, or taking him somewhere.

He pouted as she shot him down. "It git you to buy me a DVD player-" he grumbled with a soft sulk. Boon raised a brow. "What was that?"

Mary looked away pretending not to hear what had been said "I think it's bedtime for Kobi..." She murmured, taking him to his room rather quickly, not looking back or letting Kobi kiss his father goodnight.

Boon stood up,, chasing after her. "Hang on there! What was that!" He said as Kobi started laughing

"Uhm... No-Nothing!" She called back, trying to hush Kobi even as Boon caught up and she found herself pinned into a corner, still holding their laughing child.
