When realization hits..
Listen, I-- As much as I love our old theme dearly, there's come a point where I realized there's just-- too many errors going on. Not to mention the justification of threads, our icons missing for the threads (even after re-enabling the addon, it's been un-maintained and no foreseeable update so far)
I tried fixing our online glow, but nothing I did to it worked, not even adding the !important by it to override other styles. So I switched back to our default one, and even inspecting the code, there's no telling how to change the color back, even identifying it in the main template. Which, you know, sucks.
Some of our addons worked with 2.2, but now 2.3 some of them have no other choice but to be obsolete, and I found out that back in November of this year, our main addons had been transferred to another creator, and I have messaged them to see if I can get our old licenses back / downloads (aka the badges and whatnot).
I can't even begin to change the navigation size, I tried where I was used to last time but alas, again nothing changed no matter what I did. Not to mention our message and notification icons are poof, and idk where they lie in the code either because it seems 2.3 is no longer using Unicode for the icons. Some icons have Unicode and some do not, especially for this style which is a real shame.
I even have the share buttons disabled in this style yet they still pop up at the end of the page. So, if anything trying to fix a broken mansion is....nearly impossible. But, I'm not going to give up hope yet. What I WILL be doing is purchasing a new style, making that our default for the time being while I try to fix this theme. So that way, ya'll don't have to live with the errors while I find time outside of my main work to fix it.
RP Mansion is something near and dear to my heart and making it look a specific way was all that mattered to me. I haven't even heard from the original creator of this theme yet, and I do not know when that will be.
I hope everyone can understand and we can push forward with changes. (Even the background chooser isn't working so...) As I hate change like most of everyone else, I really hope everyone can embrace the new changes and stay here throughout them. I promise that I will continue to work and fix on our old theme as much as I am able to.
In the meantime, please be patient, and willing to work with me.
