Sci-Fi RP Negotiating the Way of Space Elven Connections

"Unfortunately I am not a fleet commander. You'll excuse my amusement." He said simply, smooth his hands over his robes. Mala'konzo didn't seem troubled or vexed by her tone. "Is that where I'm to gasp and tremble? Or peek at your marvels of warfare?"

"You want for nothing in this wide galaxy in all of your small garden...hm." He paused thoughtfully. "If I may. You say your race is naturally hard to distinguish as you go by scent. But with the size of your system, and cluster of worlds...I imagine your people have....mmm...only coupled with itself. Have you any issues of lack of biodiversity?"

"Envoy, are you insinuating something?" She laughed in response to his words, shaking her head "We have not only 'coupled' with ourselves. There are a fair number of our people who live outside of our worlds, as mercenaries. It is not something we are proud of, but we have always been soldiers, and that instinct runs deep in the blood. As for Biodiversity, our population is more than large enough to avoid that sort of issue."

"I consider any possibility, we've encountered situations where a population has...made due and has struggled with the results. I do hope you don't hold it as a insult for checking." He said folding his arms behind his back. "You've carved quite the bunker." He said as he turned to look outside the window. "I'm sure if I were still to be a warrior, we would have made quite the show of warfare. Hm. What do your people enjoy for Amenities? "

“We do not have much most species would consider such. Our culture is combative, revelling in conflict. As such, our people use simulators, both to train, learn and for entertainment. Games are typically shows of skill and power, fighting untenable odds with the least equipment.” She replied, matter of factly, crossing her arms “There is also a… subculture. Of pleasure seekers, who find such in the pain the simulators inflict.” She shrugged at her own words “Otherwise, we are a people of simple means.”

"Hmph. Games are not to be looked down upon, even if it is merely to compete. War and Games are quite the same. One must conquer, or build unity to survive the enemy. Still. Simple folk enjoy games and novelty...I believe I can show you a game of my culture, if you can show me one in return. If you find it of interest, perhaps you would enjoy our technology in a way you have not considered." He said said thoughtfully

"Oh? But you made yours sound so mysterious. And I must admit, you have my attention. I would very much like to experience yours as soon as possible." She replied, noting he'd left the option open to her. And it was true. The lack of information, the way he'd mentioned her needing an open mind... he had her attention firmly held onto his 'game'.

He placed his hands together, finger aligning as he merely nodded. "Your curiosity is most noted. Then I will show you the breath of this game. I shall even work as your guide if you wish." He said simply as he tapped his fingers together. "You mentioned those that are pleasure seekers...I believe this novelty will be a refreshing experience. "

He rose up as the internal chime went off, the Envoy walking gracefully to the door and opening it, guiding Miria in. "My Se." He said caressing her bare side trough the openings of her dress, and taking the case. "Where is a private place where you can be comfortable."

"There is a room for your occupancy, in this building." The Diplomate replied, even as Miria gently shifted into Mala's hand, accepting and appreciating his attentions in that one simply motion "Mawa." She replied even as the Diplomat stood and gestured to the door to the room she'd spoken of, leading them in where Mala would find something almost to his tastes, but missing the normal Aelfen amenities, such as bedding for their Se.

"Not necessarily. Psionics are simulated as well, but it also has been noted to have interesting mental stimulus fir such abilities." He opened the case pulling out a white plastic tab. A circular peice that was about the size of a coin. "This goes on the base of yiur neck." He said as he took out another set. "It will pinch lightly. Do not fret on that."

"Hmm." She nodded, seating herself on the end of the bed and moving her hair away, to allow him to place it correctly "And I assume it creates the mental images of the game within my mind, leaving the physical form untouched?" She questioned, expecting to feel the pinch of him placing it down and bracing herself not to react.

Mala smiled to himself as she asked the question. "Is it?" He said simply as she felt the pinch and a ripple bolted down thrown her body. Her body tingled all over, Pins and needles pricking along her skin. A white light was flaring on her skin then...she was standing in a Metallic room, the walls alien to her her, scored with beautiful, esoteric carvings from long lost Xenos . She was still in her clothes, still had her things it seemed. A Black pedestal was in the center of the room, a floating stone was at its face.

She blinked in shock as the white flare overtook her vision, before she was trapped in the illusion, looking around the room she was now in, the carvings drawing her eyes until the black pedestal took it over, walking across to reach out and touch it, assuming that was how to begin the 'game', however it was played.

As she walked pedestal the floor thumped with every step, echoing off the walls, and vibrating softy. It wasn't a construct pattern or Augmented experience. A blood red stone hovered before her as she stepped up to the pedestal, perfectly shaped and smoothed like a single blood drop.

As sge touched the crystal, the room started to rumble and shake, a swelling of whispers hissing out of the walls, low, incomprehensible with the voice if over lapping words abd languages. A door spirals open across the room where she began. "You have touched the Blood of Yun. You must take it to the exit on the bottom floor." She heard as she saw Mala'konzo step out if the darkness in the circular doorway.
