Sci-Fi RP Negotiating the Way of Space Elven Connections

"You may be at ease." Mala said folded his legs, seeing her kneeling obediently at his bed side. The Mawa closed his eyes under his mask, the feeling of vessel entering warp drive so smoothly in comparison to the military grade drives, that were designed to propel in an instant jump, made him untense his muscles.

"What do you know of these Sectors and there Terrans?" He asked, tapping into the slate. "Securityplatforms, naval reco-...eh. blast." He mumbled as he realized he was already straying into thoughts of a naval skirmish and invasion rather than diplomacy. He scowled to himself.

She closed her eyes and focused on his questions as he asked them, opening her mouth before closing it again as he started asking about military matters "Uhm... Sorry Mawa, I don't know about those." She replied, wincing a little as she expected to be struck for her failures "I was only taught their governmental differences. The Inaugural Peoples republic of Ainest for example use a system of governance called 'Communal Soviens'. It's partially democratic, partially autocratic. They divide the population into districts and have each district send a representative, and those representatives elect a Primary, who makes all decisions for the world."

Mala'konzo shook his head at her apology. "The fault is my own. I've habits to break Miria, my lust for blood and conquest has clearly left its impression. I will need to lay it upon something else into prevent such thoughts." He said, knowing that her ignorance was the least of his issues. "Hm. We are approaching the Primary then?"

She nodded before he asked for more data "I... Believe the current Primary is a female, named Iretia Voss. She's held the position for 5 of their terms, so clearly the people trust her. If she can be convinced to join, it is likely the rest of the population will fall into line. If she cannot, your next candidate will need to be picked carefully. The populace will likely revolt if they disagree."

"The... Representative of the third district has already made his stance clear that he does not wish to join our empire. The fifth and seventh are supportive of a deal that retains partial autonomy as a tribute state, whilst the ninth district wishes for full integration. The others are undecided at this time. If you can convince them, the Primary may fall in line, or may not." She responded, sitting up a little straighter as he gave her his full attention.

"We can work with such things...the third representative is not an issue I'm sure. We can utilize his base as well depending on their level of destination for our Empire....they may well..act out seeing our people in person. To avoid an incident, they may bend lower." He said as he considered the information. "We should begin contacts with the Accepting Representative as well."

"I... I had never considered myself in such a fashion, Mawa. It was always my expectation that I would become a Vo in a political marriage. My appearance never factored into my thoughts. And then I became a Se and was given the expressionless mask." She replied, keeping her head up into his stroking, wanting to feel more.

"Ah you do not credit yourself. If you were to be married away, it would be best to give you to a particular pedigree, your beauty would be used to slip greater favor I'm the arrangement." He said as she leaned into the affections. He laid both hands on her head now, seeing her leaning inti it.
