Sci-Fi RP Negotiating the Way of Space Elven Connections

"Your people seemed quite willing to harm eachother without my kind standing in sight. " He said simply, his head tipping to her. "My proposal? You believe this to be a short dealing then? We haven't even seen your human hospitalities." He said folding his arms behind his back. Mala'konzo gave a disappointed shrug. "Very well. If it must be so, the opening proposal is simple. Come to our Empires side, and you shall prosper in ways that benefit you all. None will suffer, and all shall thrive. You would gain access to our technology, our economic developments alone would close several...gaps in your societies climate. We seek no wars nor to shift your power...theoretically you would be considered yiur own noble house in the eyes of the Empire."

Mala'konzo chuckled. "No! No such words left my lips, and what you believe is not what I've said either. If we were to come with such ideals, why would it be in the open?" He said shaving his head. "Subversion and bribery are the tools of Spies. I offer your world a place in our empire, wholesale. Where we can be tied in service to each other. Boon for a Boon." He said raising a hand to her, offering it. "We will not lay harm upon your world should you refuse, but it may result in future decisions as other worlds in your sector consider the value. New worlds may gather traction with our Empire behind them, unlike how federal space restrains them and ties their hands with endless sanctions or resource restriction."

(Boon for a Boon? Oh god, He's escaping the specific threads now! XD)

The Primary hummed softly, clearly intrigued by the offer, but unwilling to simply accept the honeyed lure for fear of the unseen hook "Mmm... You say so. But what can our world offer your empire, to make it so valuable worth that offer?" She replied, tilting her head as she looked into his mask "Perhaps its our proximity to the major trade arteries of the Federation?"

"Ah is that the case?" He said simply, feigning partial ignorance, he was mostly aware of the shipping lanes from naval security actions, but hadn't kept a complete track of the Federations declared lanes. "Such a keen mind for a young beauty, even I was not aware the Federation had so many lanes in proximity. My mission is simply to offer what the empire has to all I come across, even if you agree, all that would become of those lanes...could be closer negotiations between the Empire and Federation. This sector would be quite beloved for a step towards a unity."

(XD Boon: getting Space Elf Head

(Boon: Dunno where I am, but this Se culture is fucking great... I need to get Mary trained like this...)

The Primary grunted softly, shaking her head "Do not try and flatter me, Envoy. I am old, and I know that fact." She crossed her arms "And we both know you were fully aware of the shipping routes my world is in proximity too." She spoke flatly before sighing and looking at the window, gesturing with a hand "Those people, out there. They are my responsibility. And right now, I cannot choose the path. Either I sign our world to you and alienate them all, or I refuse, send you away and then we collapse when the Federation raises import charges again."

"In your years, perhaps, but in ours, and with our technology....you would easily be in your prime years." He said simply. He listened to her plight, his hands stretching out again. "We are here to aid you if you would sign to the Empire. Your people would be illuminated to our new ways. Surely there is a way to show our dedication is true....our cultures must come together, align to each other. "

(xD Mary: This culture- I have to do what-?!

Boon: We'll it's kinda our bedroom culture anyway-)

"Hm...on a few conditions hm?" He said noticing her perk naturally, this lips curling under the mask. "The trial allows for minor positions for my Aelfen, nothing intrusive, but I would like to have my people begin to interact with your own in small scale. And once we begin trading for this short period...you and I shall see about those treatments to grant you your true prime." He said. "Consider the latter to be a personal gift, from Enovy to Primary, a Hospitality offering."

The Primary hummed softly "No, No... Please, I'd rather... save that. For after the trial. When it's official. Otherwise, my judgement would be influenced by my own personal feelings." She replied, crossing her arms, but from the look in her eyes, he'd know he had her hooked. And once the planet thrived after the trade... Well, it was as good as confirmed as a new member world of the Empire.

(XD "But I suppose as an official measure of our unifications...I'm going to turn you out like a Cana Se just this once")

As she straightened, he lifted his head, his hands moving swiftly, gracefully to his mask, lifting it to uncover his mouth and pricking his finger with the tip of his fang. A drop of vitea beaded up slowly. His other hand touched her chin, lightly moistened her lips with his vitea. It was a dazzling red, brighter than a humans, tacking on like make up. Yet it wasn't thick nor did it feel like human plasma. "Wet be your lips, so that your words dance as sweet as the vitea tastes" He said. A prayer? A blessing? A pass at a woman of her age?
