As she obeyed, her diminished mind managing to drag her towards her fall Stine, the gem shiny and glittering as she picked it up, sparkling more in her lowered capacity. "Good girl."
She looked back as he praised her, her tail starting to wag as she did so “Good Pretty girl!” She cheered, even as she looked side to side “Uh… where now?” She asked, clutching the sparkly gem into her bosom as she did so.
As she asked for his directions, clutching her gem, she felt it tingle on her chest, like a gentle affection touching her heart. Mala'konzo however grabbed her by the back if her neck firmly, leading and hitching her along towards a cut out statue in the wall of a hunched beast at a empty bowl.
She yelped as he grabbed her by her neck, but didn't even try to resist as he forced her towards the statue, instinct telling her to place the gem into the bowl no matter how nice the feeling of it was against her chest.
Placing the gemstone on the plate made the beast snapped forward, locking its jaws around it. The statue rumbled as it grinded to the side, showing a winding stair wall going downwards.
She jumped back as the statue locked into place, her hand catching on the gargoyles teeth and drawing a dribble of blood as she gasped, her eyes immediately finding the stairwell "Down there?"
She didn't notice the glowing eyes, walking towards the stairwell with a smile on her face, reaching out to brace herself on the gargoyle, her blood smearing against it more as she passed, looking down into the gloom "All the way down?"
"That's how stairs work pup. " He said as the blood was sucked inti the gargoyles body. Mala'konzo glanced at it casually, shifting to the left if it slightly.
