Anime RP Tethered in our fire (Crow)

Tia lead her forward, the brush of the bushes untangled slowly, a gnarled dirt pathway opening up. "It's close, it's not dangerous, because the has to sleep. " She said tapping her hand under her chin. "And I don't think there's any of Groum's rabble there."

Tia nodded and started to lead her again, picking small fruits from the bushes as she hopped into the woods woth Cammie. "It's okay, I'll keep you safe, you just need to protect the book." She said as she held up the fruit to her partner, a glossy blue and green fruit that was about the size of a small lemon. "I bet those nasty Gouma will never spot us"

The fruit was sweet, with a blue , sugary juice, sticking ti her fingers and her lips. Tia leapt around , chomping a fruit herself, seeming to be realaxed.. the hike through the woods denser side had no paths or even a sign of its importance, the occasional worn smooth stone planted in the grass, overgrown with moss and vines. The sun's light from above was making it dimly green, the canopy blocking out the light above. "There's always alot of little treats if you know where to look, I think there's some nice sap deposit on some of these trees..." Tia said as she lookated around to the tall tree, she started around to a large bush, some bolted out of it, snatching Tia up and snagging her ti the dirt suddenly.

As she flipped through the book for the spell, she heard Toa screaming as she was getting dragged around and then thrown. The attacker hiked up, a creature that was about 4 feet tall, with molted green skin, a elongated head with thick hair on its arms, up to the shoulders and down its back in a frill. It's mouth opened wide, barking and chattering, it's beady eyes on Cammie as two more swung out. The Goruma definitely found them.

The book flared as she called out the spell, pink light and whisking winds surfing her as the goblin like monsters leap at her, the shield rippling and booming like a drum as their clubs bounced off it. Tia's hands were up as she was trying to find her feet again, staggering up.

As they took off together, Tia did her best to stay with Cammie, trying to work against her longer strides. "We're
- close by it, I know it!" She said as the Goruma gave chase, leaping and charging after the pair. One snatched up a log from the ground, hurling at Cammie, but it slammed into the tree beside her , exploding into splinters.

Tia spun around as the spell was called. The flair of her pact, the might of her will pooling and flooding. Her shield spell forming ad another volley of stones and wood were hurdled at them, bouncing them back at them while Cammie looked about. She saw a path of a sort. Not on the ground but in the trees, how they were positioned, spaced evenly....too uniformly.

Tia twusted around running after her call, , letting her shield drop to run. The sounds of chase slowed up slightly, then died off while the pair seemed to loose track of them both. The canopy was getting dark, yet higher and higher, trees seeming to be getting larger.

Tia nodded, stepping close to her, still looking around, trying to spot the other Mon that were after them. Getting toward the a breach in the wood, a tree that was large and broad, as tall as a skyscraper with branches that stretched for what had to be miles. Sigil and markings that were printed at the base, a tangle of roots wrapping ariund boulders. The air hummed with the whispers of this ancient power. "There's the Tree- but " Tia started as her relief shifted to confusion. "There's no gate-"

Her spell made Tia push out her hands, her shielding spell making the tree s sigils start to glow. But then a boom rumbled through the ground, something landing from the tree with a roar. The crater bolting into the grass as a massive Mon stood over them, holding a jagged wood club, wrapped in vine and bone. It's jaw was over sized, with ape like features, bone armor, and a thick mane of fur. "Human! Trying to hide in my forest?" The ogre like Mon snarled
