Game RP The Fallen's Roses (RedCoat)

Marron sighed to herself gently smoothing her sisters hair with her fingers. She had so much to learn and tutor. Marron felt a different swell inside her....a clash reaction really. Sadness that's she had to wait so long to learn...then anger at both herself and everything else that she had to teach Lazuli in the first place. Her mother and grandmother should have been around for this. She controlled herself with a soft breath, trying to lower the fires that raged in her chest. She had taught her to read and write, and then they had to survive. "We'll have you practiced before you know it."

Lazuli shifted her head slightly, moving up into the gentle smoothing, the action reminding her of when they were younger, when Marron had first taught her to read, the small story books that had helped her sleep during the nights before they'd had their current home, sleeping wherever they could, wherever was warm enough to keep them from freezing to death, even as men and women stepped past them uncaringly "If you're sure, Marron... but how can we do it before tonight?"

Marron nodded to her sister, leading the way down into the Port. Some light pressure and discussion got them access to a unused warehouse, unmarked. Marron had spun out a bit of a scene. A large table with empty plates snd dinner ware. An Audiographic Player set out, playing music, with mannequins anchored in clusters and dotted about. Her best recreation of her own honoring day, where Marron had to show her learned etiquette. Unlike her however, Lazuli wouldn't have their grandmother's stare on her. "Welcome to your first practice stage."

"It's my fault....we've only gone after the lowest targets." She said sighing as she stepped back. "It's...not uncommon to seek attention in a manner, but at a party like this, the less overseers recognize two of us at once, the better." She said as she stepped around her sister, moving smoothly even on the concrete floor. "You want to move like you are in a garden, and all that are near is a flower. Be gentle, and delicate with them...or our opportunity will wilt. Use appeal as carefully as you can. Nobility are perhaps worse than drunk men. They are not refused "

Lazuli took a breath as Marron stepped back, nodding along to her words, watching her Sister step so smoothly around her. The next time Lazuli moved, it was... better. More along the way that Marron had demonstrated, smooth motions that did not push out her curves, but still had far too much of the street approach to them to be accepted. Of course, there was another way for Marron to play that off. After all, many nobles would bring servants to these kinds of occasions, and a down on their luck family likely wouldn't be able to afford the class of servant who would move in a noble fashion.

Marron folded his hands as she watched, her eyes cutting into her like scalpels, seeing her subtle tells. But the she couldn't grind them.out of her sisters behavior in only an afternoon. The idea crossed her mind, making her narrow her eyes. "Hm. We could pass you as a servant. It would grant some...leverage."
