General RP The Man Kept His Socks On (Knight_of_None)

Lyrin slumps on the seat for a moment, taking a few deep breaths and watching Billy for a moment, letting his eyes slide over the other. After a few more beats he slowly gets dressed in his own clothes, "I think this set is a good start for now. See if it's something I actually enjoy long term."

Billy followed Lyrin out if the stall, sliding his card forward as he always did at the register. The today they spent together keeping them close...as close as Billy tended to be at any rate. Billy even got Lyrin a few extra things without a fuss. But in in the next few days, Lyrin would find his messages left on Delivered. Not even Read. Not even a glance taken.

As Lyrin made his call Billy looked over at it, abd reached over his books. Slowly dragging his finger left to decline the call. He put his head on his fist. Flipping a page in the textbook eith a dull sigh. He didn't want to deal with Lyrin right now. His eyes trained on his books as he rejected his little distraction.

His phones decline message pinged back to Lyrin, the first crumb of a response in days.

[Busy. Talk Later.]

Lyrin frowns, staring at his phone. He bites his lower lip, shifting side to side before setting his phone down. He presses his face into his knees, fidgeting with his blanket. He swallows, feeling rejected.

He grumbles and then hops off his bed, wandering down the hall, "Zyyyynnnnnn!" He calls out, almost whining.

"In here!" Zyn said from his room, heaving a softbsigh as he set his phone down, walking up to the left door to open it up. He looked tired, but that was normal for him after work. "What's wring?" He asked as he pulled Lyrin inti his room to keep things quiet. Though....he recognized when Billy was the cause.

"He ignored me all week and when I finally called he declined and then just said: Busy. Talk later." He plops down, chewing on his lower lip, a clear sign of his worry. "I mean. . . What could he be doing that means he ignores me for a whole week and then just says busy?"

He wiggles slightly. "Am I being paranoid?"

Zyn sighes to him, thinking briefly as Lyrun presented his problem. Ofcourse ot was Billy. What did Lyrin even see in him. Zyn sat down. "He doesn't do this often...so it could be something he thinks he needs his full focus. Why he doesn't just say that...I don't know, he's your....," Zyn paused not exactly sure what Lyrin when called Billy, he just knew something was always going on. "You know where he lives on campus....if you feel like he's being weird you could try to sneak into his dorm or something."

Lyrin sighs, "He'd whip my ass if I snuck in and he found out." He leans his head against Zyn's shoulder, closing his eyes for a moment, fidgeting more. He sighs heavily, tilting his head to peer at his brother.

"I guess it's fine. . . I'm just. . . Not used to being ignored."

Zyn bristled at Lyrins implications, leaning forward abd touching his brothers head. "He'll what?" He said tightening his expression. "You don't get hit do you?' He said as he start inspecting Lyrins face with a serious eye. But....he trusted Lyrin to be able to speak up if such a thing happened. He grinned his teeth briefly, and tried to let it pass. "Is he neglectful?"
