Description: Zara's calculating personality and enjoyment of complex pranks and riddles has given most the initial impression that she is unkind, unwinnable, and unapproachable; For the weak and noncommittal, this is absolutely the case.
Zara being the only daughter in a family of seven has manifested an extremely unorthodox princess, one whom men find hard to wrangle and even harder to predict. Her parents are a bit torn- naturally, a princess must marry. However, between her military accomplishments and the range of her talents as an intellectual, they have been hard-pressed to find fault with anything besides her stubborn and 'masculine' personality, as her father often notes.
Zara favors suits and traditional menswear and men's gear both on and off the field, and when wearing dresses will refuse petticoats, makeup, and heavy layers and padding that present themselves as popular in the modern age. They're stifling and create vulnerability in the event there is an emergency, and thus, Zara disdains certain levels of finery. Instead, she is very much dressed like her father and brothers, a stark contrast from the traditional femininity that her beautiful mother is famous for.
It is her hope to prove she is fit for the crown instead of ceding to her brothers merely on the premise of their being men. She is close to her youngest brothers, and practically at war with the elder two.
Despite the pranks, she's very forthcoming when speaking her mind and won't sugarcoat responses. She has had a bit of trouble with compliments, both giving and receiving, as sometimes they don't come out the way she intended or she doesn't know what to do with herself when praised. For all her pride and decorum, Zara's curiosity will win out everytime as she is as weak to the riddles of others as she is to her own.
