Jackson raised a brow as Rosalie explained why she hadn't called for him, making a small tsk sound he shook his head a little at her. He knew he could scold her and tell her that she needed to keep either her phone or the crystal close at all times because of her condition but he didn't, there was no need to lecture her about such things since he had been in the process of opening her door when her seizure had started.
He was just glad that he had been so close, Jackson didn't want to think of what could have happened if she had had a seizure and he hadn't been there to help her through it like he normally was.
"I really need to make you a necklace that you can use to communicate with me instead, so that way, you will always have it with you" he said with a small smirk. Studying her face Jackson frowned a little noticing that she already was starting to look better, reaching out he gently grasped her chin so he could tilt her head from side to side slowly trying to see if it was just a trick of the light.
Letting go of her chin he moved a little on the bed so that he could move the blanket down enough that he could gently feel her stomach, he was looking for any sign that her body was rejecting the blood. He remembered one time her body had rejected blood that her stomach had cramped enough that he could feel it, but he wasn't feeling any cramping, he had never seen her reacting so well to blood before or as quickly as she was that he was almost confused.
"How are you feeling now?" Jackson asked curiously, as he took his hand aways from her stomach and moved the blanket back up to cover her stomach as he picked up her hand that was closest to him and he inspected her hands before he gently squeezed her index finger firmly to see how quickly colour returned to her skin and he raised a brow seeing how quick it was. "Well, I was not expecting that" he muttered more to himself, maybe his mother had been right about his father having been an elf, and honestly the more he thought about it the more it made sense given he was 6'4 and most of the elves he had met before were just as tall as he was if not slightly taller.
