Fantasy RP The vampires human (FaeWhisperer)

Lily knew that there would be nothing that could come between her and Damian, even though they had come from two very different upbringings the two of them seemed as if they were made for each other. When she had been growing up Lily had dreamed of meeting a man, a vampire who was meant for her and only for her, and now she had him and Lily knew she would do anything to make sure that she never lost him. Sure, she knew there were others around that were jealous of the fact that Lily was with Damian, but she knew that those people didn't matter to either of them.

Hearing Damian murmur that he loved her Lily smiled softly, "I love you too" she whispered back to him, his words always made her heart melt. She knew she was very lucky to have such an amazing man beside her, one who accepted her for who she was and didn't try and change her at all even. Instead Damian had accepted Lily exactly the way she was, just as she had accepted him for who he was, the two of them worked together so well.

"Sleep well" Lily whispered to Damian with a soft sigh as she began to doze off herself happily wrapped up in his arms.

Damian murmurs out to Lily to sleep well too, before she slowly drifted off to sleep, happy that she was with him. He knew that going forward he was certain they could face anything the world would throw at them. As long as he had her, he would be happy.

Rosalie was laying the bed, with yet another fever. Her small petite frame was covered in a light sheen of sweat and her head was making the room spin. She was the last of her family to figure out she was a hybrid, and she hadn’t known that fact yet. With the magical suppression on her nature though didn’t help, something about it Jackson may have picked up on.

He hadn’t been the one to put that suppression on her and her siblings. Originally it had been done for their protection as their country in the past hadn’t been that friendly towards hybrids but as in recent years and times, it has become a bit better. The king himself was a werewolf but it was lesser known and he easily passed off for a vampire…which didn’t make sense because his skin was extremely tanned and his eyes had that golden color of a werewolf. But then again vampires came in all types.

Rosalie had closed her eyes and groaned lightly. For some reason, Jackson had been away for a few hours, and she originally had told him she would be fine since his blood had been stabilizing her for the first time in ages, but now she figured it’d take longer than she expected. She didn’t remember where he was going, but she hoped he would come back soon. Then she remembered the necklace he had given her, and she went to hold it with her hand and squeezed it lightly, hoping to signal to Jackson to come to her side once more.

Jackson had left the palace after making sure that Rosalie would be okay, he had been skeptical when she had told him that she would be alright, but he still left to attend a gathering of different creatures. For some blasted reason the Fae, who had organized the gathering, had decided that the best time for the gathering would be the middle of the day. The gathering was meant to be a way for local creatures to get together and know each other better, to form better business opportunities. That was how Jackson found himself sat down on a black leather couch, his right arm draped lazily over the back of the couch.

He was dressed in black dress pants, polished black shoes and a black button down shirt. He had left a few of the top buttons undone, sure his look wasn't entirely formal but it wasn't informal either, Jackson knew he could have easily passed as someone going to an important meeting with how he was dressed instead of a gathering of creatures.

Moving his right hand from touching the back of the couch Jackson rubbed his finger tips against his lips a little pretending to listen to the male Naga sitting beside him on the couch, feeling a pull deep in his chest he frowned a little as he got to his feet, ignoring the man who had been talking Jackson walked away from the couch.

Making a motion with the fingers on his left hand he opened a portal and stepped into it without saying a word to anyone, it wasn't long before the portal opened in Rosalie's bedroom and Jackson stepped through almost lazily. Walking over to the bed the portal shut behind him, leaning over Rosalie he reached out and gently place a cool hand against her forehead, "You need more blood, your body is trying to do a lot of work right now" Jackson said softly as he took his hand from her forehead.

He had felt the suppression spell that had been put on Rosalie, and whilst it wasn't his place to meddle with someone else's spells Jackson had always felt the urge to poke it. To see if it could make it fall apart. Shaking his head a little he gently scooped Rosalie up into his arms so that he could move onto the bed and hold her against his chest, Jackson made sure to hold Rosalie securely against his body, "Drink up" he murmured gently to her.

Jackson was her savior once again, and Rosalie was ever so thankful he had come back to her side. She at first hadn’t notice him coming through the portal, and the words that he had told her that she needed more blood, she gave a soft whimper. She hated that she kept using Jackson in that way, but it wasn’t like she had much of a choice.

When he told her to drink up, her eyes fluttered as she gazed at him from how he held her. It didn’t take long for her smaller frame to latch onto his body, her lips soon finding his neck and feeding from there. Jackson would notice the suppression spell dropped further and further as she continued to drink. Which would be an odd take, perhaps the magical properties of his blood was accelerating the veil being lifted off of her.

Jackson would also notice her fangs were no longer a set of two, and it felt very more ‘werewolf like’ than before. Her body was also warmer than usual, but that could be attributed to the fever coursing through her at this moment. It did raise some suspicions, but nothing he wouldn’t be able to figure out in time.

Jackson closed his eyes as he relaxed on the bed as soon as Rosalie began to feed off of him, as she fed he took note of the changes that seemed to have happened with the binding spell that was on her. He resisted the urge to push magic at the remainder of the rest of the spell that was there and instead very gently pushed his magic into her to help her get from relief from her fever, "That's it, that's a good girl" Jackson murmured to her as he opened his eyes.

Frowning slightly Jackson could feel how her fangs had changed and he wanted to make her stop feeding on him so that he could see her fangs but he stopped himself as he wanted Rosalie to get as much blood as she needed from him, he also didn't want to upset her by pointing out that something had happened to her and that she seemed to be changing.

Moving a little Jackson adjusted his grip on her pulling her tighter against his body, he wasn't doing it to start anything between them since he knew she wasn't feeling well, Jackson did it because he wanted to silently encourage Rosalie to feed more from him. Since he had started letting her feed from him Jackson had been busy making regeneration potions so that he could keep up with the demand of her feedings, he had noticed that she was needing to feed more often but he was willing to supply.

"Drink as much as you need" he said softly as he moved one of his hands and gently stroked the back of her head as Rosalie fed.

Rosalie felt warmth radiate throughout her body as Jackson let her feed, and she felt something else, but wasn’t aware that it had been Jackson’s magic. She also hadn’t been aware of the binding spell that was lifting from her body. A spell could only last so long, and when the caster had been dead for quite some time now, it wouldn’t be long before her body took full form of a hybrid.

She then felt him push her frame against his and she made a soft noise as he encouraged her to keep feeding. He would note that she was thankful for him encouraging her as much as he did, knowing that his blood was the only kind she could really keep down. It was probably also due to the magical qualities of his blood that helped her as well.

After a few moments she pulled away from his neck, licking up the blood that she hadn’t been able to drink- giving a soft sigh of relief as she felt her body slowly resituate back to normal. Her body temperature though, if Jackson noticed, was warmer than usual, and her normally pink eyes as she fed held something else in their gaze. A burst of golden amber but it was very small and almost unnoticeable.

She then rested against him, breathing steadily. Her breathing was different as well, more noticeable now and…was her heart beating? Rosalie had closed her eyes and was taking a few moments, not aware of the full changes to her own body just yet.

Jackson couldn't help but give a small groan at the feeling of Rosalie licking up the blood from his neck that she hadn't been able to drink, he knew he would never get used to that feeling but he liked it. "Feel better?" he murmured to her gently as he began to rub her back soft wanting to show her that he was always going to put her first, leaning back more into the head of the bed he raised a brow as he took notice of how much warmer she felt and he tilted her head to the side slightly.

Seeing a small change to her eye color Jackson couldn't stop himself from frowning but quickly schooled his face back into a neutral expression as he didn't want to worry Rosalie. Letting her rest against him Jackson continued to rub her back, since he had seen the small burst of amber in her eyes he was paying very close attention to her body.

Feeling her breathing had changed and her heart beating Jackson couldn't help but roll his eyes a little as it dawned on him what that spell he had felt on her had been. "Binding spell" Jackson muttered more to himself as he started to get lost in his thoughts running over every single possible reason that she had a binding spell on her, as he thought he began to trace small circles on her back and gently pushed his magic into her aiming to poke and prod the remainder of the binding spell.

Jackson made sure that his own magic would not hurt Rosalie in anyway, instead it would feel like a warm comforting blanket for her.

He wanted to know what was being hidden from the princess in his arms and also himself, Jackson knew there must be a good reason that a binding spell had been put on her but he wanted to know what secret her parents were hiding not just from him but also from their children.

"Rosa" he started softly using the shortened version of her name he used from time to time, "What do you know about hybrids?" Jackson murmured questioningly his thoughts landing on the only logical reason that there would be a binding spell on the girl in his arms would be if she was a hybrid.

But that thought made his mind reel further, if she was a hybrid that would mean one of her parents was a werewolf and not a vampire they had made everyone believe they were.

Rosalie nodded to him slightly as he asked if she was feeling better. “Yes..I am,” she tells him honestly, relaxing further into his embrace for the moment. She then looked up to him as he seemed to be very concerned over her at the moment, even if he thought he was remaining in a neutral expression, Rosalie would be able to tell something was affecting his mind regardless.

Upon hearing his question, that if she knew anything about hybrids, she gave a slight til of her head and a bit of a confused expression. “I..know a little,” she tells him, seemingly wondering where he was leading all of this to.

Rosalie had felt his magic enter her body, a warm feeling encasing her further, and she figured that’s why she felt so warm all of a sudden. Practically all of her life she had lived with freezing body temperatures and had always felt cold so it was unusual for her body to experience such a temperature change.

With the upcoming blood moon, she knew that her body would probably feel different further along the line, considering how vampires were affected by it— but even hybrids were affected by it more, and it was also one possibility of why the magic was wearing off faster than expected.

She felt her jaw was aching and she couldn’t understand why, even as she had moved her tongue over her fangs after she had drank from Jackson’s neck- she could tell there was one more set there than usual….and she didn’t really know why that was.

Jackson continued to rub her back gently as she rested against him, when she said that she knew a little about hybrids he nodded his head a little. It made sense that she wouldn't know a massive amount about them, sure they were more accepted in society in some places but it was safer for hybrids to hide away what they really were from those around them.

"What do you know about them?" he asked her gently, Jackson wanted to see how much he was going to have to tell her about hybrids. He knew he was going to have to be careful when it came to giving her information on them, he had seen what could happen to someone who had a binding spell put on them who received information that he been locked away from them too quickly even though the spell on them was breaking. It had sent the person into a complete tail spin to the point that they had to be confined to a hospital for a few months until they were stable enough to actually process the information they had been given.

Jackson moved his head a little so that he could look at Rosalie and gave her a gentle smile, "Just out of pure curiosity" Jackson said with a soft chuckle. He wanted to gently get her thinking about hybrids to help what was left of the spell that was put on her break, he also knew he was going to be having a conversation with her parents at some point about why they had kept Rosalie being a hybrid from him of all people.

What did she know about them?

Rosalie rested in Jackson’s embrace a little more, her head reeling with the possibilities of what she knew about hybrids. She frowned ever so slightly before she looked back to him. “Well, supposedly the rumor goes that hybrids are stronger than both species alone—“ she trailed off, pulling from her memory, or at least, she tried to.

“That’s why they’re hated amongst society— feared, more so than vampires. Although, society now shouldn’t have a reason to hate them..” she began to think about another rumor she had heard, but wasn’t exactly aware that it was her parent’s story she was talking about.

“There’s actually another rumor, one that I’m not too familiar with, but-“ she wondered if Jackson knew this rumor as well. “about the first hybrid, it was said he was a vampire at first, but when he was ‘infected’ with werewolf venom- his body immediately began to reject it. So his only way to survive was to use a powerful mage to bind the werewolf side. But by doing so actually made him better of a hybrid without him knowing- since the two sides of him weren’t fighting anymore. Yet, I can only assume that he had spent too long presenting as a vampire that he unknowingly turned his mate into a hybrid too-“

She frowned more, this was very confusing. Why was the first hybrid like this? Was there something more with the werewolf venom he had been infected with? She knew that some hybrids were afraid of their own nature, and took to drinking synthetic blood, when in actuality they needed real blood just like vampires— even more blood than usual. All the rumors of hybrids being sick on real blood was either due to speculation, or something else like a magical bind on their true nature. With the stigma of being a hybrid being so profound, it kinda made some sense that they would use magic to be either more vampire or werewolf presenting.

Jackson listened to Rosalie as she told him what she knew of hybrids, nodding his head slowly as she spoke he sighed softly. "Hybrids being stronger than both species along isn't a rumor, it's very true" he said casually as he looked at her, he knew that society shouldn't hate hybrids because of what they were but Jackson knew very well that there were still those out there who hated hybrids with an utter passion. When Rosalie spoke about another rumor he raised a brow slightly as she spoke, he had heard this rumor in passing before and like a few others Jackson didn't really believe that rumor when it came to the first hybrid.

"Hybrids generally will choose to live as vampires, it's easier for them to blend in that way since they still need to drink blood" Jackson started to explain a little as he moved a little to get more comfortable as he kept Rosalie against him as he relaxed into the pillows, "But some choose to live as werewolves, hiding away their drinking of blood from those around them, because they resonate more with wolves or simply because their mate is a werewolf" he added making sure to keep his tone even and gentle. As he spoke his mind wandered to her brothers, Jackson knew that two of them presented themselves as vampires but when it came to the younger brother he didn't know which side he chose to represent.

He didn't know too much about the first hybrid and because of how secretive they were there wasn't any books he could go and look at that would give him the answers he wanted. Jackson couldn't help but feel that there was something that tied the royal family to the first hybrid and he really wanted to know how exactly they fit together.

Jackson also knew that hybrids were much more protective of their partners, he had seen the aftermath from a hybrid friend of his protecting his wife from hunters. It had been messy and a rather big clean up job that Jackson had helped with.

“Is…there something you know that I don’t?” He would hear Rosalie ask for the first time. She looked up at him, her hybrid features in her face painfully obvious. Her once cold flesh now was heated up and pressed up against him. Her beautiful features seemed even more attractive than they had before.

It looked like the magical properties in his blood had drawn that side out from her more than anyone would have guessed. The magical suppression had actually done more harm than good, locking away a nature would typically backfire. And it had, given the way Rosalie had lived most of her life. But perhaps her parents had a reason they magically hid the fact that their kids were hybrids.

It wouldn’t be that farfetched to think about one of their parent’s being a hybrid as well. It would start to piece together that the king had only fed from one person alone for as long as Jackson had known him, and that person was his wife the queen.

“If you know something..you would tell me, right?” Rosalie asked, hoping Jackson wouldn’t hide anything from her. She hoped that the feeling she felt in her mouth wasn’t just pure speculation at this point. The way he spoke started to make the puzzle pieces fit together and more truth come to light.

The royal family had been hiding something, but once this secret was out, who knows how the world would react?

Looking at Rosalie hearing her question Jackson studied her face as he gave her a very gentle smile, "I know a lot of things you don't" he teased her gently carefully dodging the answer that she actually wanted. He didn't want to give her the straight answer that he knew that she was a hybrid as he didn't want to push her too quickly, even though he could tell that the spell on her was breaking because of her body warming up and her features seemed even more attractive.

When she asked if he would tell her if he knew something Jackson sighed softly and shook his head a little, "It's complicated" Jackson said with a small frown as he watched her, "If I give you the answers you want, it could hurt you Rosalie" he added slowly. Reaching up he gently shifted some of her hair away from her face and tucked it behind her ear, he wanted nothing more than to tell her that she had had a spell placed on her and that she was actually a hybrid.

But Jackson also knew that it would be something she needed to learn for herself, even with his magic's gentle nudge he didn't want to stress her out.

"I know it doesn't make any sense to you, but once you figure it out I'll give you any answer you ask of me" he murmured to her, Jackson didn't want to keep this secret from Rosalie as he felt that she deserved to know exactly what she was and why that was kept from her. "But, in the meantime, I would suggest looking into hybrids more and your families history" Jackson stated casually, sure he wasn't going to tell her outright what she was but he would at least point her in the right direction to break the rest on the spell on her herself.

Rosalie was not satisfied with his response, but she figured Jackson had his reasons. She gave a soft, annoyed sigh and buried her face against his chest. Even if he was being gentle with his explanation, she still didn’t have to accept it. “Fine..” she muttered, resting against him fully.

Even her body felt more filled out than before. It had seemed that her petite body was ‘growing’ in a way that was surprising, even to her. Her petite small frame was filling out very nicely, especially all of her curves in the right place.

It was natural for female hybrids to be fixated on those they chose as partners, staying close to them and never really wanting to be apart. It was due to their werewolf nature. It made sense that even though it wasn’t outrightly stated, but Rosalie had unknowingly imprinted on Jackson a while ago, and now was just finally getting used to always being with him.

She honestly hoped he wouldn’t tire of her constant need to be with him, and she had mostly blamed it on her inability to properly take care of herself. He had somewhat been like a caretaker for her, and Rosalie worried that’s why he had been so nice to her— because he had pitied her from the start.

If she truly was a hybrid, she wondered how her bite would affect him now, but also worried that she may actually hurt him this time— especially with the way her fangs were changing in her mouth.

“Does…my bite feel different to you?” She asked now, indirectly trying to confirm what he already suspected. She figured he had his reasons on not directly stating what she was or what her family history might be, but Jackson probably had his reasons.

Jackson couldn't help but chuckle when Rosalie sighed in annoyance and buried her face against his chest making him wrap one of his arms snugly around her to keep her close as he rubbed her back with his free hand, he had to admit, he was very much loving how her body was filling out now that her hybrid nature was not being suppressed as strongly as it was. He had also noticed how much Rosalie seemed to want to keep close to him lately, Jackson wasn't a fool when it came to female hybrids, he knew how clingy they tended to be with those that they saw a mates and he didn't mind.

Resting his head back against the headboard Jackson closed his eyes as he let himself just enjoy holding Rosalie against him before he opened his eyes when she asked if her bite felt different to him, looking down at her he raised a brow before he smirked a little, "Now, why would you ask that?" Jackson teasingly questioned. He had no doubt she was trying to prod information out of him since he was dancing around telling her outright that she was a hybrid.

"If you are worried that you are hurting me when you bite me, you don't need to be" he said casually with a small shake of his head skillfully avoiding giving her a straight answer with a soft chuckle.

Continuing to rub her back he closed his eyes again with a soft sigh, "I cannot give you straight answers Rosa, not until you figure out what it is I know" Jackson spoke cryptically, he had no doubt at all that she would not at all be happy with his words or his answers until she guessed outright that she and her family were hybrids.

"Until you figure it out, I can only give you vague answers and I can't really explain why until after you figure it out" he sighed as he opened his eyes back up and looked down at her again.

Rosalie would have to accept that answer, even if she didn’t quite agree with it. She nodded towards him, frowning ever so slightly but she didn’t press anymore. She would have to do her own research for now, and that would require her to head to the library. But if her parents had truly been careful, they would have not had that literature or any history of hybrids be allowed in the castle at all. Which meant she would have to get her sources from somewhere else.

She could ask her parents upright, but she didn’t know what they would say nor how they would respond. She gave a soft sigh and just continued to rest against Jackson. Then she had another question for him. “I—am wondering…why…does your blood work for me and nothing else?” It wasn’t like she was complaining, more so on why that must be, and if he had an explanation she would like to hear it.

As she became more hybrid like, Jackson would also realize the clinginess would make her territorial— so he would have to be careful not to be around too many females. But Rosalie was very timid, so she probably wouldn’t exude those traits. Truth be told, Rosalie herself didn’t exactly know what would be changing with her and what wouldn’t. She just hoped Jackson would stay with her throughout all of it.
