Today was a momentous occasion. The prince of the land was finally being married. It was a classic love story, the prince falling for a village girl who had a pure heart and outstanding beauty. The two of them were destined to be together. That's what makes the following events all the more tragic.

There they were standing at the end of the aisle, in front of their families, friends and half the kingdom. The ceremony was going smoothly and Prince Kieren had just finished giving his vows. That's when the sun would disappear as a thick darkness filled the sky, the sign that he was here. The king of the woods.

Forming from the shadows, the wolf king would appear in regalia of dark reds, the color of blood. "Greetings kingdom that is under the sun. I as I had promised all those years ago, I am here." He would look at the prince woth a wicked grin on his face "I told you once, that when you found your true love, that I would take her for myself. So without any delay"

Basil would move towards the bride, wrapping a large arm around her waist and pulling her close. Kieran was running to his bride when the two would vanish into the shadows, moments later appearing in a deep, dark woods where scraps of light made it past the canopy. She was his now.

Her special day finally arrived to marry the man of not only her dreams but her future. Hours were spent sewing her dress, her veil, perfecting every moment from the music to the flying of the doves, her vows, and the couples dance for she will be the kingdom new princess. Family and friends all around as well of the support of the kingdom warmed her pure heart all the more. Walking down the aisle with her father giving her away with tears in his eyes, she stood before her prince, ready to commit fully to him, but all that changed. A gasp in the crowd sounded as the sky darkened, the sun disappearing as a massive shadow appeared to reveal a large wolf.

Some scattered at the sight of him, others cowered in fear, the bride attempted to hide behind her prince, but from how the wolf talked, this day was to come all around "Kieren?" she questioned, betrayal in her eyes. Next thing she knew, the wolf snatched her away, shadows engulfing her.

Looking up, she came to realize he had whisked her away to his land, far away from her home. "Who do you think you are!?" she shouts, so many emotions running through her. She drops down to her knees sobbing in despair.

Basil would look at the sobbing deer, "I am Basil, King of these woods that have always borded the bright, sunny kingdom you have lived in. I am also your new king" he replied grabbing her hand and pulling her back up to her feet. "Come on, unless you want to be out here when the sun comes down" as he says that the shadows of the woods would move as if alive. She would hear figures in the distance, denizen of this dark kingdom.

He would pick her up after waiting, slinging her over his shoulder as he walks down a path, the shadows receding from his presence. "What is your name little snack?" He says licking his sharp fangs as he looked at her.

Stumbling up to her feet she tries to yank her hand back from him but he easily draped her over his shoulder. She struggles only to freeze to the realize they were indeed in the shadow forest. She lowers down her ears, shrinking a little out of fear. The shadows seemed to follow them as this wolf carries her to his dwelling.

“Bea” she answers shortly.

He noticed her go tense as she noticed where she was and more importantly, the hints if what resided there. He would stop, hearing her name gave him pause. Baz would growl before putting her back on the ground, hurrying his walking . "Stick by my side."

He would bot look back as he led her down a wellworn path, remnants of red bricks still present. As the end of the path was a bright, magnificent castle, not at all like the cursed castle of shadows displayed in the books. Waiting at the doors was a tall, lanky goat, bowing his head to the lord of the castle. "Welcome home sir. The room for the young miss is ready" the wolf grunts in approval before walking inside, the goat leading them into the foyer.

Confused Bea stood for a moment before quickly remaining at his side, no way was she dumb enough to be out here alone. Taking notes along the way she perks her ears seeing the goat ahead. She glances at the wolf unable to tell if he was misunderstood or didn’t care for prey. Bea looks ahead as they enter the beautiful castle, she smiles to the difference in design compared to the books and paintings. “Room?” She questions having expected a cell

"Yes, what good is a cell when I know you won't run away? Basically the castle is your prison. You can escape if you want but I don't recommend it." He would take her up the grandstand and down a long hallway. "Inside you will have clothes and other commodities, the other snacks like the goat can get you anything else. But first " he would move quickly, pushing her against the wall.

His large claws would grab the front of her dress, tearing it to shreds instantly. "That was a hideous color. I prefer that my snacks are garnished in something more appealing" he looked down at her with a clear hunger in his eyes, rather it was sexual or his appetite was unclear. He moved down, lcikign at her chest and then up to her neck, savoring the taste of her fear and uncertainty, a true prey animal.

A big prison, a cell to explore for outside these walls was danger far worse than in here, she thought. Hiking up her dress to follow him to her room filled with clothes for her. She wandered inside only able to look for a short time before she was slammed against the wall. Bea felt her breath escape her lungs, her body frozen as she stared at the face of possible death. She gulps down a whimper, flinching to the breeze of her wedding dress being torn off her body. Tightly closing her eyes she thought this would be the end, his smooth tongue running up her fur. “A-appealing?” She squeaks out

"Of course little snack. I prefer my food to look as good as it will taste before I eat it. Though who knows whe. That will be?" He would say with a snicker before taking a step back, looking at her body. He would sniff her scent and smile "are you still a virgin? How fun it would be to deflower the princes bride and what would have been your wedding night" he would watch her, admiring her body before making a gesture for her to spin for him.

A sniffle sounded hearing him threaten that her being his meal was unpredictable if ever, forever under his frame in fear. She felt her legs quivering to run, her body screaming to run but that just end her quicker. He knew his castle, she did not…yet. Bea glances up to him, pinning her ears down when he somehow figures out she was a virgin. What Prince would marry a woman that was dirty and claimed before? She gulps, covering her chest with her arms and trying to tuck her short deer tail as she slowly spun around for him. “Ca-can I have some clothes now?” She requests looking at the closet.

Once she was done spinning he would smile "good girl. You are an obedient little herbivore aren't you? I see why the prince chose you now, someone who would never questuin him and follow him like a loyal dog. No respect for yourself"

He would look at her body once more, paying attention to her thick ass and thighs in particular. "Fine, you can get dressed but nothing like that hideous dress. Come down to the dining room when you are done, Walter will show you" he would not wait for her reply before leaving the room

For a predator that barely touched her, his words cut deep. She never thought of it that way, believing the Prince loves and adores her. Wanting to defend herself she opens her mouth but his eyes looking along her body made her silent. He looked so hungry it made her shiver but was it hungry to eat or another? Bea turns toward her dress, slowly picking it up with a stifled sob, her mother and sister spent hours sewing it. Needing to stay strong she takes the dress and hides it under the bed. Everything was her size and not quite covering which was annoying. Pulling on a top and shorts she sighs to find her ass made them even shorter. Instead she put on a skirt, at least it gave some comfort and coverage. Meeting this Walter, she follows him to where the Wolf said to meet him.

Walter would lead her to the dining room, not saying anything to her. The dining table was smaller than one would expect for a castle or a king at that. It seemed much more personal. On his side of the table there was various meat dishes on the table. One of them, most likely intentional was a roasted head of a deer. Her side was more tamed and refined, with various dishes suited for her palate.

Her host and keeper was changed into more casual pants and shirt, less formal.but showed more of his lean, muscular body, the body of a king and hunter. Baz smiles at her, the warmth not meeting his eye thay would look at her bare legs. "I see you chose something more suitable. Sit and eay your fill. My little snack"

Standing in the opening into the dining hall, his table smaller than she would expect but she doubted he hosted guests often. Moving slowly she avoids his gaze and his choice of dinner in her presence’s. Of course carnivores has to eat just wished he didnt choose deer. Bea was not hungry, her appetite vanishing far before he kidnapped her, this was her wedding day. “Th-thank you” hating his stupid nickname for her, she found it annoying and insulting.

Cautiously she munches on salad and bread prepared for her, glancing up at him every so often. He must he an alpha with how big he os, muscular and tall. Bea wanders her eyes around for a portrait of his Luna, his queen but none could be seen.

As she looked around for a portrait she would see a noticeable gap on the wall where a portrait used to be. Perhaps he did have a queen once but this would give the I pression that she was gone. Noticing her glances he would let out a low growl "do not concern yourself with things such as dusty old paintings. I had all paintings and pictures removed, both of myself and others.

He would finish eating his meal, scarfing down everything. However, this did not seem to satisfy the hunger in his eyes. "So little snack, what did you do before becoming a bride? Or was your whole life just waiting for some man to claim you as his?"

The growl snapped her gaze toward him, lowering down to her plate not realizing just exploring with her eyes pained him. Someone use to be here. Bea takes another bite of her dinner humming to his question that was tainted with disrespect. “I made clothes with my mother and sister, high quality” she answers him. “I planned a life of working hard to pay off my family’s debt. Fate had a different plan in mind, clearly.” Sitting back in her seat to look his direction. “Why did you kidnap me?” Guessing it was a eye for eye situation with the Prince.

"You can be my seamstress then. Plenty of clothes here that need dire repair
" he would pause at her own question. He claw to dig into the table before relaxing. "It's like I said, I made a promise to him that I would take his bride on his wedding day, whoever it may be. I'm sure you have heard plenty of stories about the king of the shadow woods cursing people in similar ways " he was not about to open up about the truth, not to her, not yet. "If that doesn't satisfy you then just call it revenge or justice or messy familial troubles."

A job here did not sound like a terrible idea, her busy and the day to go faster “very well” agreeing to his suggestion. His answer to her question was not well desired, she rose a brow finding it interesting. Why promise such a thing? Was there a chance she was not the true bride and a fake for the wolf to steal? Surely not as such a trick is risky to play on a wolf. “Sorry” apologizing for hitting a nerve as she stood from her seat. “May I be excused? Today has been quite eventful and I would like to return to my room” she explains.

"No you may not. I am still quite famished" he would get up from the table, moving close to her. "I think I may as well have a taste. " he would lean his head down, nuzzling her neck with his nose a bit before biting down on it. It would hurt and draw blood and surely scare her but this was not an act of hunger. He was marking her as his property, no one would touch her now with the mark of the shadow king, not even her beloved prince.

It felt strange him denying her request, like she had time to react as he strides toward her with great intent. There went her breathe again, her body freezing as he closed in, the scent of his dinner polluting her nostrils, making her cough. A shriek followed, her body at last reacting by grabbing his shoulders to try and push him off. Bea struggles to get away, panting, her heart racing, her body begging for survival. Unaware that his intent was not to eat but to scar her with his mark that would take time to heal.

Eyes wide with shock, swallowing down her nerves to tue sight of her blood being locked clean from his maw. Bea did bot waste another second, she took off back to her room, slamming the large door shut. It took a few minutes to compose herself, making her way to the bathroom. She scrubbed for hours it felt in hopes to rid his scent from her fur but it was useless. In the end she was clean and bandaged up her neck wound. Bea crawled into bed where she curled up with a fortress of pillows around her. She couldn’t sleep but she can simply lay and allow her mind to race til exhaustion.

His body language would soften as soon as she left the room. Walter was about to say something but Baz would shake his head "I know, I don't want to hear it right now. It is the way it needs to be." He said before chugging a bittle of wine. He would stay up getting plastered before going to his room. Only it wasn't his room. "What is with all of these pillows?" His speech was loud and slurred as he would jump on the pillows, landing unknowingly next to her. He would catch her scent amd turn "What are you doing in my room?'

Lost in thought Bea barely noticed her door be opened by the heavy creature that stumbled into her room. His weight on the mattress on the other hand made her jolt into sitting up, yanking a blanket over her. She stares at him with wide eyes “th-this is my my room” she stutters out. The reek of alcohol stung her nose “please get out” hoping he would realize his mistake.

She frowns to his objection telling her to go off to her own bed, she just wanted some rest and had to go drink. Bea glances over to the door almost debating only to return her gaze to the wolf completely naked. Massively blushing she covers her eyes, falling off the bed as she struggled to get off. “Have some modesty!” Keeping herself covered in a blanket as she rushes for the door. He can have her room for tonight.

Everything stopped, time stilled almost he spoke a different name than her own which was understandable. He was drunk and did not even realize where he currently was. Problem was he tugged at her blanket making slip open enough to reveal she only wore a simple outfit of a bra and underwear. She quickly tries to cover up, not even sure what to say other than “I am not Clare”

He would stare at her for a moment before shaking his head "of course you aren't her. She is gone now. Your are just the little dear I stole from him." He would eye her body and grab her hand pulling her back on the bed. "You look so good right now. Maybe I will devour you" he said but she could tell from his more drunken self that he did not mean it in the literal sense.

He would sit up, pulling her onto his lap, staring longingly at her lips before kissing her.

Bea scoffs to the reminder of being a prize to a promise he made, she turns to leave but her hand was grasped by him. She fumbled w onto the bed beginning to not like this situation she ended up in. “Listen…” she began only to freeze by his words before being dragged into his lap. Meeting him face to face she forgot how to breathe, how to swallow even. Then the unthinkable happened, he kissed her which she quickly broke shaking her head “you are drunk” pointing out his current state. Bea attempts to remove herself from his lap already feeling quite vulnerable and uncomfortable.
