"I said I don't blame you. Not that I'm not upset with the possibility!" She said jabbing a claw at his chest. "If it's just as you say-it could be a danger." She said as she approached the shrine, but noticed the beads. She lifted them up, admiring them...then bowed to the shrine respectfully.

He winced as she jabbed him, his hands rubbing at that spot as he watched her walk off, before sighing as she bowed to the Shrine "So... Where too now?" He asked, even as he began to pack up their bags and take down the tent.

"We're not finished here. We keep the path and Palkia will see us through, he already has blessed us for our attentive care." She said as she wrappedvthe pearly beefs around her arm. Sge could feel the energy inside them some tiny fragment of blessed power. "Maybe...we will be on the other side soon."

"I hope so..." Zerek sighed, shaking his head "I'm not sure I can go another night with a blessing like that..." He'd finished packing the tent down at this point, throwing the bags over his back and standing to walk with her "Lead on, Kara."

Kara flushed slightly. "Perhaps I'm too much female for you." She barbed as shecsteoped ontibthe road, the whims of space converging, and stretching...but she felt tge prayer beads energy pulsate. She lifted her arm, letting it guide them.

"Hmph..." Zerek huffed as he followed her onwards, shaking his head but otherwise not responding to the barb, letting her guide them with the prayer beads.

The path rippled as they came to the limits, space itself wrapping and untangling. The Trees out in the distance rushing seemingly around them, dragging themselves closer and the sky feeling further.

Zerek hissed in reaction as the world warped, moving to grab Karas hand, looking around for any sign of danger so he could put her as far from it as possible, his instincts telling him to protect the mother of his children, even if she wasn't showing yet.

As he moved to try protect her, Kara didn't quite resist, holding fast in the face of the shift. She held his hand, pulling closer to her side as it stilled. "It's okay...I think we are free." She said

Zerek squeezed her hand as she spoke, narrowing his eyes but not arguing "If you think so, Kara..."

She lifted the prayer beads, the guiding force, the sensation they made, had certainly changed ti her. "I'm sure." She said pulling him gently. "We're on the right roads now. And we didn't have to do anything crazy."

Zerek gently let go of her hand, nodding to her words "Right. Okay. Right roads." He hefted the packs he was carrying and began to walk after her, still a little concerned.

"Uh, no?" He mumbled softly as she grabbed his hand again, following her as instructed now, squeezing it gently as he stumbled behind her "Would you like me to carry you instead?" He suggested, moving a hand to her hips in readiness.

She flushed at the offer. "I can walk-" she mumbled. "I just-....like holding onto you." She said looking over her shoulder at him

He held his hand on her rear gently, meeting her eyes with a smirk "Mmm, well, if you're sure... I wouldn't mind carrying you, is all..." He hummed softly, before removing his hand and walking alongside her.
