Kalin pauses and then shakes his head, “No. I’m good.” He leans forward and starts eatiGn the food quietly.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek smiles and rolls his eyes before eating with Kalin. "I hope you like it."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin nods, “Mhm. . .” He stays quiet, rubbing his eyes occasionall.

 

[Firestarter]

"Are you okay baby? You're normally a little more enthusiastic in the mornings." Derek tilts his head with a slight look of concern.

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin blinks and looks at him, “Yeah. Just haven’t had my morning coffee. And I’m tired.”

 

[Firestarter]

Derek huffed a small laugh before picking up the coffee mug on the tray and holds it our for Kalin. "It was sitting right here silly."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

“I didn;t say that I hadn’t seen it. I just said that I haven’t had it yet.“ He takes the mug and drinks from it.

 

[Firestarter]

"My goodness, you're grumpy this morning." Derek teases before placing a kiss on Kalin's cheek.

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin pushes him back, huffing, “Prick.” He mumbles, closing his eyes in satisfaction.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek sighs and takes another bite of his food before setting it back on the tray and walking to the closet to pick out some clothes for the day.

Kalin watches, drinking his coffee and eating the food.

 

[Firestarter]

After slipping into a pair of cargo shorts and a dark red Nike shirt, Derek leaves the bedroom and walks to the kitchen to clean up the dishes. His eyes hold a hint of disappointment.

Kalin sighs softly, finishing the food and slumping back in the bed.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek finishes cleaning everything up in the kitchen and walks back to the bedroom. "I hope you enjoyed it, baby." Derek says in a soft tone before grabbing the tray and slowly taking it back out to the kitchen to clean that up as well.

Kalin huffs, “Derek.” He murmurs.

 

[Firestarter]

Not hearing Kalin at first, Derek continues out to the kitchen and cleans up the breakfast tray.

Kalin huffs, getting out of bed. He sways slightly and almost falls before slowly making his way to the kitchen. He sags against the wall, “Derek—“ He pants softly.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek turns to look at Kalin, concern covering his fave as soon as he sees the other slumped against the wall and rushes over to scoop him up. "Kalin are you okay? What's wrong?"

“I’m fine. Tired.” He waves his hand, “What’s wrong with you?” He looks the other up and down, his eyes narrowed.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek sighs softly and caresses Kalins cheek. "I'm just used to you looking happier in the mornings, so I thought I might've done something to make you mad."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin shakes his head, “No. It’s just. . . Not used to feeling this.” He grins slightly.

 

[Firestarter]

"Feeling what baby?" Derek tilts his head slightly?

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

“Spent. And sore like this. I can barely walk.” He huffs.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek's eyes held a bit of sadness as he look at Kalin. "I'm sorry Kalin. I should've been more gentle with you."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin huffs, “No. Derek, stop.” He places his hands on Derek’s chest.

 

[Firestarter]

"What is it?" He holds Kalin closer and slowly carries him back to bed.

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

“You. You’re not- Augh. I love this feeling, I loved last night. And I don’t want you to regret it just because I’m sore.”

 

[Firestarter]

Derek smiled and nuzzled his face into Kalin's hair. "I don't regret it at all Kalin, I just hope I didn't hurt you."

“I’m fine.” He huffs, “Stop being a mother hen.”

 

[Firestarter]

Derek laughed and laid Kalin down on the bed before crawling over him. "Alright, I just want you to be happy." Derek slowly leaned in and kissed Kalin on the lips.
