General RP Damnit, There's Kids Now! (Firestarter)

Demi frowns and pulls her hand back slowly, "Papa? Are you okay?"
 
Demi frowns and tucks her hands under her legs as they continue driving to Kalin's parent's house. Derek sighs sadly and pets Demi's head to console her.
 
Kalin keeps staring out the window, quiet as he watches the scenery.

Kas coos again, waving his hand.
 
Derek smiles a little and lightly tickles Kas's tummy. "Kalin? Is there something you would like to do this weekend?"
 
"Would you like to do anything special this weekend?" Derek repeats, smiling softly. "We can go to the beach, take a trip to a new area, or even just have a movie night at home with lots of snacks if you want."

Demi smiles and bounces in her seat.
 
Derek frowns, wanting to make Kalin happy, before turning to look at Demi, "What would you like to do, princess?"

Demi smiles and thinks for a moment, "Lets do movie night! We can all cuddle as a family!"
 
Derek smiles a little and nods, "Okay, sweetheart, we will have a movie night. We will make sure to get all of the snacks we could want."
 
Derek smiles and looks at Kalin for a moment as the car pulls up to Kalin's parent's house.
 
Kalin smiles and climbs out, grunting as Javi rushes outside, crushing him in a hug and then gasps, "Oh, I'm a tio twice over." He looks at Demi as Kalin opens the car door.

"Hello, I'm tio Javi."
 
Demi smiles shyly as she climbs out of the car, "Hi...I'm Demi."

Derek smiles and carefully gets Kas out of his car seat and cradles him closely.
 
Javi grins at Derek, and then ruffles Demi's curls, "It's nice to meet you."

Kalin forces a small smile, "I'll be back, I need. . . To use the bathroom."
 
Derek reaches out for Kalin but stops himself and frowns. He turns to Javi with a kicked puppy face before taking Demi's hand.

Demi giggles softly and takes Derek's hand, "It's nice to meet you too, Tio."
 
Kalin walks inside, quiet.

Javi frowns, watching Kalin, concerned.

Kas snuggles against Derek, closing his eyes.
 
"I don't know what's going on with him today. I'm getting worried." Derek murmurs, trying not to be loud enough for Demi to hear.

Demi smiles and walks inside with everyone while keeping her hands to herself.
 
Javi shakes his head, "I dunno either. Here, give me the baby and you go talk to him okay?" He murmurs, looking at Demi before looking back to Derek.
 
"Thank you, Javi. Kas can be a little fussy, so just call if you need anything." Derek says while carefully passing Kas over to him. He looks down at Demi and smiles, "Now you stay with Tio Javi and I will be right back.' He pats Demi's head before looking for Kalin.
 
Kas immediately starts fussing, and Javi gently runs a finger over the baby's nose.

Kalin was hiding in the bathroom, quiet.
 
Derek walks up to the bathroom door and gently knocks on it, "Kalin? Can I come in?"
 
Derek slips inside the bathroom and closes the door behind himself before looking at Kalin, "What's wrong baby? Did I do something to upset you?"
 
Kalin shakes his head, standing and moving over to Derek. He wraps his arms around him, sniffling and presses his face into his husband's chest.
 
Derek frowns and holds Kalin tightly, "Please tell me what's wrong sweetie. I'm getting really worried." He says softly, gently rubbing Kalin's back.
 
He keeps his face hidden, silent and snuggling against Derek. He just relaxes, snuggling against him.
 
Derek sighs softly and hugs Kalin close, burying his face in their fire red hair and enjoying the warm embrace.
