Kas babble and reaches for Derek's hand, "Abah!"

Kalin looks over

 

[Firestarter]

Derek chuckles and gives Kas his hand, wiggling his fingers.

Demi giggles and looks at Kalin, "He likes daddy a lot."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin nods, "Uh huh. Daddy's got another baby." He smirks at Derek.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek narrows his eyes at Kalin, coming up with multiple ways to punish Kalin in his head.

"Another? Who's the first baby?" Demi asks while tilting her head.

Kalin stares back, his cheeks flushing slightly before he turns away, "Stary. She's a giant baby. She screams at Derek for everything."

 

[Firestarter]

Derek snorts while trying not to burst out laughing.

"Oooooh, that's why she meows so much!" Demi giggles.

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin nods, "Yeaahh." He fidgets, pulling out his phone and playing a game.

Kas babbles again, wiggling.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek smiles at Kas and boops his nose. "Little wiggle worm."

Demi giggles before settling back in her seat and looking out the window.

Kalin is quiet, playing on his phone to distract himself for the rest of the car ride

Kas yawns for a moment, before wiggling again

 

[Firestarter]

Derek smiles before resting his head back.

As the car finally pulls up the front gate, Derek glares out the window at the paparazzi as they lass by.

Kalin pockets his phone as they roll into the garage and climbs out. He helps Demi out of the car, picking her up as setting her onto her feet before looking at Derek. "Don't look so. . . Mean-"

 

[Firestarter]

Derek huffs softly while cradling Kas in his arms and lightly bumping his hip against the car door to close it. "I wouldn't look that way if they just fuuu..left...left us alone."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin smirks at Derek, "They're just doing their jobs. I only hate the ones who jump the fence." He pauses, "Ohhhh, we should get security dogs!" He wiggles, "Puppies. . ."

Kas leans his head on Derek's chest, yawning again.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek gently pats Kas' back while leading them all inside. "True. A few Dobermans or even German Shepherds will be great."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

"German shepherdssssss-" Kalin squeaks softly, "They're so fluffy!" He bounces.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek laughs and nods, "Alright, we will look into some German shepherds."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin looks at Demi and leans down, whispering, "Daddy will get us anything if we ask for it. Isn't that amazing? Maybe we can convince him to take us shopping and we can get you a few cute dresses that you pick out."

 

[Firestarter]

Demi's eyes widen while a huge smile spreads across her face. "Really? Ooooooh! I want look like a princess!"

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

He laughs softly, rubbing her back,"You have lots of pretty dresses already, but I think you should have some that you picked too." He smiles brightly.

"Maybe tomorrow though, Daddy looks a little tired." Kalin glances at Derek.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek yawns and slowly carries Kas to the kid's bedroom, almost dragging his feet and not hearing Kalin and Demi's conversation.

Demi nods before looking towards the kitchen. "I wanna do something nice for daddy and make him a snack...but I don't know what he likes."

Kalin hums, "Hmm. . . Let's see.'

 

[Firestarter]

(Fruits, meats, healthy foods basically lol)

Demi thinks and tilts her head.

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

(Yeah, that's what I was thinking.)

Kalin thinks for a moment, "I have an idea." He goes to the fridge, pulling out cheese and Salomi, then goes to the pantry and finds crackers. He helps Demi onto a stool, "Here, sperate there and put them on this plate." He hands her the Salomi slices.

 

[Firestarter]

Demi giggles and starts separating out the Salami peices, folding them in half while arranging them along the edge of the plate.

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Kalin watches, separating the cheese and then arranging the crackers. "There."

 

[Firestarter]

Demi giggles and claps her hands, "I hope daddy likes it."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

"He'll love it." Kalin moves and gets a glass of juice for each of them, handing Demi a plastic cup.

 

[Firestarter]

Demi smiles and carefully takes the cup, sipping just a little.

Kalin leans on the counter, waiting for Derek.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek slowly walks back out from the kid's room woth his shoulders slumped and his eyes barely open. "Ugghh, so tired."
