General RP The Man Kept His Socks On (Knight_of_None)

Lyrin shrugs, "I don't know." He presses his forehead to the window, watching the scenery.

"Wait, how do you know where you're going?" He peers at Billy.

"I'm kinda just aiming back towards the school, relax. I'm not watching you like the CIA" he said smirking

"Nah, if I needed you watched, I probably wouldn't even give it away, I'd just hang the information over you when I felt like it was perfectly timed." He said shrugging. "I know enough that I got you at my mercy anyway."

As he looked away, Billy slowed up. "You gonna sit like a stump, or will I have to drive in circles?" He said as he rode around, seeming to be holding his own while he had the chance of it.

Lyrin pulled his phone up and then sets it over, the directions pulled up. "there." He murmurs softly, fidgeting with his shirt.

He hummed as he watched Lyrin fidget as he started to follow the directions. With the aid, it was simple to guide the way back, pulling up outside of Lyrins house.

Lyrin pushes the car door open taking his phone, "Thanks. You know, you're not a bad driver." He stands, stretching.

Alex runs outside, "Ly!" He hugs Lyrin's leg, peering up at him, "You were gone forever."

"I got wrapped up with something, bud."

"Yeah..." Billy looked at the wheel as Lyrin got out of the card, and was jumped by his brother. While he greeted his you ger sibling, Billy began to open up the center console storage. "Lyrin." He said as he picked up an envelope.

Lyrin looks over, detaching himself from Al, "Yeah?" He moves over to the driver side window.

Billy had the window down, his hand coming up , the envelope creeping half way up. "Here. For your uses." He said simply, though he didn't seem to be holding his usual sense of control or mischievous glee.

Lyrin blinks once and then takes it, "Thanks." He clears his throat, "Have a good day. Don't go dying on me, yeah?"

He takes a step back, grunting as Al careens I to his side, looking up at Billy, blue eyes wide, "Hai!!"

Lyrin pushes his hand into Al's face gently, "Alex, go inside."

Billy leaned up as Alex careened over with his eager greetings. "Hey there little man." He said with a slight smile as the youth jumped in. He looked to Lyrin. "See you at school." He said with a half nod.

Lyrin smiles slightly and starts walking to the door, his hand still plastered to Al's face as he gently leads him inside.

He lifts a hand without looking, waving before closing the door. He sets the envelope on the counter, looking at the time before going to the couch.

He pulls his phone out, texting Zyn, There's an envelope with money in it on the counter. Apparently tutoring rich assholes makes money. Save it for Kalin.

[Tutor him as hard as you can, you might get a bonus if he gets an A] Zyn texted back. [I'll sort through, got dinner pre-made btw]

There was a pause for a minute or so, likely Zyn shuffling about at work. [Just a suggestion, I know you don't ever do half measures. Keep it up. Dinner is in the fridge]

As Lyrin drew out the dinner, a rotisserie chicken that was in a ready bag, something easy to stick in the oven and prepare without standing by. [You said you were going out with some friend, just glad to hear you got something going on]

Lyrin turns the oven on, It was Cayden. Nothing more than just catching up. Don't get your hopes up.

[Oh? Only Cayden? He's a good friend, good boy too.] Zyn prodded on playfully. [Don't get set on staying all alone, you deserve experiences]

May, or may not, have fun into one of my classmates. And I'm perfectly fine with how things are right now, taking care of the boys. It's perfectly fulfilling my gay little heart.

[As long as your fulfilled somewhere, but I can try to get you some free time.]

While the meal cooked, the sent of the rotisserie sizzling and the herbs smoking they flavors into the kitchen, Zyn would trade messages, prodding Lyrin a bit on his apparently captured eye , nosing about for who may be coming around.

After a while, Lyrin groans, Stop prodding. He's no one. If Id date anyone, it'd be Cayden, but he has a girlfriend. So you suck it. Get your ass home and eat dinner. I need to study.

He turns the oven off, leaving the chicken in the heat to stay warm and makes some mashed potatoes a d green beans, quiet the whole time

[Maybe it's time to make a new friend!] Zyn sent back but went quiet a while...the front door opened up after. "I'm home!" Zyn called out as he shuffled into the house, pushing the door shut behind him.

Lyrin sighs, "What do you mean, 'get a new friend'?" He grumbles, "I don't need a new friend."

"I said make a new friend, what do you think I mean?" Zyn said as he raised his head, tipping his chin at his brother as he walked into the kitchen. He rifled along the drawers to pull out a carving knife. "I think you could do with more than Cayden in your circle."
