Lyrin rolls his eyes, "I don't need any more friends, Zyn. I'm fine." He turns away.

Zyn stepped around Lyrun, ruffling his hair. "Alright, you keep yourself closed up." He said simply as he started to grab a plate and carved off some chicken and collecting his food.

Lyrin calls the rest of the boys down, carefully setting up a plate for Kalin, "The money for Kalin is on the counter." He mumbles. "Don't ask where I got 15 grand." He looks at Zyn for a moment.

(Cause sex sells )

Zyn nearly spat his soda across the kitchen table as Lyrin's apparent influx of cash. "15- did you start selling cocaine or something-" he hacked as he turned to pick up the envelope. "Rob a couple of banks while at school?"

(xD Lyrin: started for the money, stays because it's good)

Lyrin's face goes red, "What the fuck?! No!! You know me better than that!" He crosses his arms, "Like I said, I've been tutoring some rich kids." He turns away, "It's fine, nothing illegal. Don't worry."

"Sheesh, maybe I need to become a Tutor to rich people too." He grunted as he looked through it. "What have you been teach them?"

Lyrin bites his lip, "Just. . . You know, math, English. . ." He mumbles, shrugging.

 

[Knight_of_None]

Zyn noted how Lyrin was seeming to get shy about the topic. "Oh. Well...do you see this classmate everyday? Making a friend?"

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Lyrin nods, "Mhm. . ." He takes a piece of chicken, picking at it slightly. "He's in my math class. It's that boy I have that baby project with."

 

[Knight_of_None]

"Oh! Your tutoring Your rich coparent....is this support checks then?" He said as he waved the envelope playfully, smiling slightly. "How has that project been?"

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Lyrin laughs softly, "It's been okay. I think I'll bring the baby home Monday. Granted, we already have five.of them to take care of, so how hard can a sixth on be?" He smirks and plops down into his chair.

 

[Knight_of_None]

"Ah we'll see to see our fresh baby and meet your baby mama?" Zyn said with a grin as their brothers sit in on dinner and started to eat.

"Zyn, I told you, there is no baby mama." Lyrin grumbles, looking annoyed.

 

[Knight_of_None]

Zyn reached out across the table ruffling his younger brothers hair. "Come on, I didn't mean it like that. I'm just curious whose looking out for you to when I'm glnot claround."

 

[RhysTheFirebird]

Lyrin frowns slightly, "I am. Billy's. . . Well,he looks out for me when it serves him." He shrugs, taking another bite.

A few weeks pass, but eventually, the hospital gains a healthy heart for Kalin, and the surgery goes smoothly. Lyrin forces Zyn to keep going to work as he talks to the administration for his school.

Managing to get into the online course, Lyrin stays home to help Kalin's recovery after he's released from the hospital. Days are long, helping Kalin readjust, but ultimately enjoys spending time with his brother.

He still manages to complete his school work, even sending Billy a few texts to let him know No, I'm not avoiding you, I'm just taking care of my brother every now and then.

As he sends out his reminders, Lyrin would be met with some thing almost as troubling as Billy getting forceful...a simple.

[Okay]

But he hadn't responded further from there, seemingly giving space...or his interests were bouncing to cool off.

Lyrin frowns one afternoon while Kalin naps, chewing on the end of his pencil before hugging. the due date for the baby project is this week, before the end of the grading period. You want to come over and make sure everything's good?

Lyrin could see his message go from sent to Read, a couple of minutes wpuld pass by, dragging gently, but Lyrin could only guess what Billy was up to. [I can drop by for a while, when should I come?] He sent back. It was strange. Billy wasn't pressing or prodding, or digging in to put pressure on his plaything.

Lyrin hums softly, Whenever, I suppose. Zyn's been praying to meet the baby day or some shit, and Al keeps asking about you.

[Oh? The kid? I guess I shouldn't disappoint with of them, or Zyn might never stop prodding you]

Lyrin snorts, Yeah, yeah, just come over whenever, okay?

 

[Knight_of_None]

[Sure, I have time today.]

A beat passed by.

[I'll bring your support check ]

Lyrin blinks, "I haven't done anything to earn it.** He sighs softly, taking his pencil against his desk.

[Ah, I never said it wouldn't be earned. You'll need some privacy for it.]

Lyrin feels his face heat, I can't do that stuff at home!

[Ofcourse you can! You have doors, they lock don't they? It's just a quick little photo shoot. It's safer than the alternative.]

Photos?! Alternative? Billy, what?!

 

[Knight_of_None]

[Simple really. The Alternative will be my usual needs being met as I see fit. And I suspect you don't desire to do that in your room.]
