Kalin laughs, tipping his head back, "I got the first one about a week after the elevator, while you were working out one morning."

 

[Firestarter]

"Oh really now? It's no wonder you looked so flustered that one day." Derek gently caress his fingers along Kalin's jaw as he looked down into those gleaming green eyes. "And what about the other one you took?"

"You were so focused on your computer that you didn't even notice." He grins at Derek, nipping at his fingers before pulling away.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek growled softly before pulling Kalin back against his chest. "Playing on your phone at work? What a bad boy." Derek leaned down and started nipping at Kalin's neck while holding the young male in place. "What am I supposed to do with you when you're being such a naughty little one?"

Kalin laughs, "Maybe." He grins up at Derek.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek bit down a little harder on Kalin's neck before pulling back. He needed to control himself so the night would remain romantic..at least for now. Soon the car pulled up to the top of a cliff as the sun was just starting to set. The cliff had over looked the ocean and gave the perfect view of the sunset.

"Here we are." Derek said as he slowly climbed out of the car and held out his hand to Kalin. About 20 feet from the edge of the cliff was a soft blanket the was laid out on the ground with a candles that sat in the middle of the blanket along with a bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The driver climbed out if the car and grabbed a picnic basket from the trunk to give to Derek before climbing back into the driver seat.

Kalin smiles brightly, and flops onto the blanket, “It!s beautiful.”

 

[Firestarter]

"Im glad you like it." Derek smiled and sat down on the blanket next to Kalin. He had hoped this would make Kalin happy. Derek then picked up a strawberry and held it out for Kalin to take a bite.

Kalin rolls his eyes, “God, you’re cliche.” He leans forward, taking a bite and staring at Derek as he does so.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek laughed just once trying to hide how embarrassed he was. He honestly had no idea what he was doing since Kalin was his first romantic relationship since he was in highschool, making the other's response hurt just a little. "I'm sorry, I thought you would like a nice evening just watching the sunset together."

Derek turned and pulled the picnic basket closer and pulled out a Tupperware bowl of salad and even a neatly packed charcuterie set with lots of fruit, cheeses, and different aged meats.

Kalin frowns, “I don’t mean to hurt you. . . I was teasing. I love it, Derek.” He smiles brightly.

He gasps and look at the fruit and reaches for a piece, “Do tell me you brought Mac & Cheese, right?”

 

[Firestarter]

Derek smiled as he pulled out a decently sized bowl of the Mac & Cheese for Kalin. "I would never forget to bring that." Derek then opened the bottle of champagne and poured a glass for both of them, making sure to put a few slices of regular strawberry into each glass.

Kalin grins and kisses his cheek, snuggling against him, “You’re amazing.“ He lifts his glass towards Derek’s face.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek smiles and blushes slightly before taking a sip from the glass. "Only for you Kalin." Derek wrapped an arm around Kalin's shoulder and pulled him close before using his other hand to to turn on some soft music for them through a small speaker.

Kalin laughs softly, “Only for me, you say?” He gently keeps the glass lifted to Derek’s lips.

 

[Firestarter]

"Yes, only for you." Derek takes another sip of the champagne but doesn't swallow. Instead, Derek tips Kalin's head back and kisses him while letting the drink flow into the other's mouth.

Kalin squeaks softly, kissing him back and pressing close, “Mmm. . .“ he swallows.

”You know exactly how to please me. . .”

 

[Firestarter]

"I'm glad, I always want to make you this happy." Derek gave Kalin another small kiss before standing up from the blanket and holding his hand out to Kalin.

kalin gets up, humming and taking his hand.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek then twirls Kalin around before placing one hand on Kalin's waist while holding the other up a little as they slow danced to the music.

Kalin leans into him, closing his eyes and slowly relaxing, “You know. . this is nice. . .”

 

[Firestarter]

"I wanted to give you a special day to just enjoy our time. We can do this more often if you would like." Derek continued to lead them through a slow dance, eventually twirling Kalin before dipping him back. He looked down into Kalin's eyes and smiled. "You are the one who makes this special though."

Kalin smiles softly, ”You do to.” He grins and reaches upl, lightly touching Derek’s face.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek leaned his face into Kalin's hand as he lifted Kalin back up and placed a hand on the other's cheek as well. He didn't want to do this with anyone else. The setting Sun was making Kalin's hair look like a glowing fire which onky served to enhance his sparkling eyes and his pale skin. "Just beautiful.. "

Kalin laughs softly, “Handsome.” He grins and turns his face, lightly, kissing Derek’s palm.

”This is amazing. . .” He murmurs.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek laughed softly and pressed a gently kiss to Kalin's forehead before pulling back and running his fingers through the other's hair. "It really is..."

Kalin smiles and relaxes, “I love this. . .” He pulls away and sits back down on the blanket and picks up the container of Mac & Cheese, picking up a fork, “You know how to spoil me way to well.”

 

[Firestarter]

Derek laughed and sat back down next to Kalin, picking up his glass of champagne and taking a small sip. "I'd spoil you more if you'd let me." And he would. He would buy Kalin anything and everything along with taking him wherever he wanted to go.

Kalin looked at Derek, “Really? If I asked you for something, you’d get it for me?” He crawls closer to the other, sitting on his lap and taking a bite of his food.

 

[Firestarter]

Derek wrapped an arm around Kalin and placed a Koss on his cheek. "Anything you want babe." He took another sip of his glass and then held the glass up to Kalin's lip.
