Anime RP Playing with Fire... (Abused Desires AU, Knight of None)

"Ho Ho! Our First Challengers of the day!" A jolly, booming voice echoed from within the doors, warm electric lights snapping on to reveal a rather rotund man, stood alongside a Trio of 'Mon. One Voltorb, One Manectric and one Magneton. The Manectric was obviously female, whilst the other two were the normal androgynous forms of their species.

Bonnie walked to the edge of the ring. "You're the owner?" She said folding her arms, sizing up each of them.

 

[RedCoat]

"That I am, Miss. My name is Watson, and I'm the Gym Leader here in Mauville. Now... Which of you three is Jason?" He asked, even as Jason stepped forward "That would be me. This is Bonnie, and this is Markus. I believe I have a challenge booked for about... 10 minutes from now?"
"Yes, yes... Oh, why wait eh? How about we just start early?" Watson asked, grinning widely as he patted the Voltorb on the shoulder, indicating they should move forward.

Bonnie sat down, crossing her legs casually as she looked up at Markus. "Welp. You're the champ-" she said waving her hand for him to go take the lead.

 

[RedCoat]

Markus sighed, walking forwards as Jason raised an eyebrow and glanced between them "Oh... Okay then..." Jason murmured, before the pair got set, Watson tilting his head and laughing softly "Oh Ho, a Water Type? Bold my friend!"

Bonnie smiled widely, already eager to watch the show. "You'll make it good right!" She called out.

 

[RedCoat]

Markus shot her a glare, before squaring up to the Voltorb, who was watching him "Bad luck, friend." They spoke to him, even as Jason took a breath "Okay... Let's get started..." He murmured, whilst Watson began to laugh again "Get started indeed! Vol, use Spark!"

(XD Bonnie: shit where's the pop corn.)

Bonnie watched as the Voltorb began to glow, lightning infusing its body and then blasting from their semi metallic body. They were odd Mon, not quite organic, but not quite Steel either, almost like an android or natural cyborg. She never quite understood how they came to be, but such curiosities were far from the martial artists place.

Markus yelped as the Voltorb began to glow with power and launched it towards him, the philosophical questions in Bonnie's head a far cry from the panicked desire to dodge, flinging himself under the Electrical energy and just avoiding it, even as Jason called "Alright, Return fire with a Hydro Pump!", the Stream of Powerful water cascading towards the Voltorb.

The Voltorb tucked instantly, easily, it's body folding naturally as it rolled , avoiding the torrents of water deftly. The motion enhanced the lightning inside of them, the momentum spinning up coils inside. They bounced up, throwing out thundershocks.

 

[RedCoat]

Markus flung himself around trying to avoid the thundershocks, but with the amount there was, he stood no chance, the lightning soon running up his body and making him twitch and dance, crying out in pain. Much to Bonnie's amusement, he was sure...

Bonnie leaned forward as the fight intensified, the Voltorbs charge breaking briefly. Not wishing to fry their opponent with their type difference. "You are okay?" They asked as they started to spin up to gather more energy.

 

[RedCoat]

"Y... Yeah. I'm alive..." He muttered as he stood up, before Jason called "Hit 'em with an Aqua Jet!" and Markus followed suit, slamming into the Voltorb at full speed.

 

[Knight_of_None]

"Very good." They said neutrally but as he came surging in, they opened their arms up, tanking the blow so that they could grapple onto him in a tight hug. "Do not resist." They said shortly as they started to unleash another Spark.

 

[RedCoat]

"Oh fuuUUUAAHHA!" Markus' expletive was cut off by the spark running up and down his body, even as he tried to pry the arms open, to find a method to escape.

 

[Knight_of_None]

As Markus cried out, Bonnie flinched as the electric pokemon held on, his arms locked tight around him. The Voltorb not letting him go yet, a brief pause to let up. "Hm. Still awake. " They said as they felt him squirming, starting to prepare another spark.

 

[RedCoat]

Markus raised his head and used their proximity, a deep breath being followed by a direct Hydro Pump, straight into the Voltorbs face.

 

[Knight_of_None]

As the point blank blast crashed into the Voltorb, holding onto him tightly as his voice gurgled and garbled. Their grip clinging on, but the water made it easier to push, slipping out of the grapple as the Voltorb shook off the water.

 

[RedCoat]

Markus used the pressure to break out of the Voltorbs grip, staggering backwards and falling to a knee as he panted for breath "Fu...ck... That hurt..." He muttered, before looking up and groaning weakly "So... Don't... suppose you'd be up for... taking a breather?"

 

[Knight_of_None]

"No. But thank you for your acknowledgement." The Voltorb said neutrally as they shook off some of the water. They bounded forwards, rolling forward rapidly into ball as they started to unleash an Electro Ball.

 

[RedCoat]

"Knew... you'd sa...y that..." Markus mumbled, before waiting as the Voltorb approached and then... he fired a Water Pulse, point blank, hoping to either knock the Voltorb out of the Electro Ball, or induce confusion so they'd strike themselves instead.

 

[Knight_of_None]

As the waterpulse struck the Voltorb the lightning ball warbling as thr confusion struck them. Its pathing shook, turning aside spinning off course.

 

[RedCoat]

Markus helped it miss by moving away, watching the Voltorb lose control and breathing deeply in relief "Thank fuck that worked..." He muttered, before waiting for the Voltorb to come back at him.

 

[Knight_of_None]

The Voltorb swayed around as it was fighting type confusion, trying focus up on its targeting arms sparking with lightning but unable to aim it, making its bolts blast short and around Markus

 

[RedCoat]

Markus straightened up and grinned his cocky grin as he fired a Hydro Pump directly at the Voltorb, hoping it's confused state would render it incapable of dodging his attack.

 

[Knight_of_None]

The jet blasted the voltorb easily, jettisonningvit backwards, this time making it hit the wall as it couldn't manage a dodge. "Booooooooo!" Bonnie jeered. "Cheappp!:

"Whose side are you on?!" Markus snapped back, still watching the Voltorb, to see if it could stand or not.

 

[Knight_of_None]

"Currently mine!" She said grinning at him as the Voltorb started to shuffle up, shaking it off. They seemed to be weakened...but with it's resistances, that couldn't be by much.

 

[RedCoat]

"Dammit... What does it take to drop you..." Markus muttered, choosing to ignore Bonnie for the time being as he fired off another Water Pulse.

 

[Knight_of_None]

The water pulse clipped its body, shunting it back, forcing it back down as it's confusion held on. The Voltorb collsaped onto its back
