Game RP Abused Desires (Knight of None)

"Hmm. He used it to make me hit him harder? That... sounds like something he'd do." She shrugged as he started to pull food out of the fridge "Especially with his new attitude towards life. His Hearth and the whole 'reveal your true self' shtick." She pulled a chair out and sat down backwards, resting her chin on the back of it.

"It's not just shtick." Boon said simply as he sat down across from her. "The power of will is like a fire, you nurse it...strengthen it every time you set one inside." He said softly. Delson looked between them as he set down some snacks. "So- where are you going after this? Going to keep leaving and coming back? It'll be a journey just to fight one Mon." Delson said casually. "We could just help you find a spot in town."

She tilted her head as Boon spoke, before nodding idly and turning her head towards Delson "I... Hadn't really thought about it. I was planning to tour the Region, or possibly head off somewhere else..." She frowned a little as she considered it "Depends. Would I get swarmed by those Paparazzi because I got seen with Boon once?"

"Not exactly. They might just leave you alone, your just a Mon to them. They only hound after people in the tabloids." Delson said waving her worries away. "I'm sure you'll be fine."

"Oh yeah, cause that's the vibe I got earlier. What did they say again... About us being partners, or me helping to look after Kobi? Hell, they didn't even ask me, they just directed all the questions at him." She huffed, shaking her head "Him picking me up to leap away after probably hasn't helped much. Even if it did get us away quickly..."

"They were going to start." Boon said shrugging slightly. "I know better tjan to talk to them...and. don't say that so loud." He said gently tilting his head to the couch where Kobib as playing. Delson nodded. "Don't worry, I'm sure they couldn't even get a snap shot of that little move. Because then you'll be all over the papers as some paramour."

"Or- .. who knows what else." Boon huffed as he picked up some berries, biting into a chesto berry

"Oh god..." Thorn put her head in her hands, groaning weakly "Don't tell me..." She muttered, even as Delson would feel his pocket buzzing, as his phone started to receive message after message, from a number of different senders, all with a blurry image of Boon carrying Thorn up and away, all asking for interviews about her.

Delson pulled out his phone. "...heh. or. They got one really blurry image-" the trainer said with a sheepish smile as he turned the phone over. Boon choked gently. "Oh come on- it's not that bad! You can just barely make out it's her- it's okay." He assured as he started trying to manage the growing list of messages.

"Uuugh..." Thorn groaned, looking a the image, before more images flashed up, better quality, taken with her on the ground, from all sorts of angles, so at least one of them got a view of her face "I hate Cameras..." She muttered, shaking her head and looking at the blurred one again "I'm just glad I wasn't in a skirt, with that angle..."

"You're lucky, one time he jumped so hard it tore off his shirt. " Delson said cringing as he saw more images. "....So Thorn, you might already have people speculating...oh and your trending on Delibird. #InfernoQueen." He said as he opened uo his social media apps next to start shooting down messages. "Oh hey! Azure says he's surprised to see you in town." Delson added as he skimmed a DM.

"Infernoqueen? Fuuuuuuu..." Thorn groaned weakly, before hearing about Azure "Wait, he recognized me from the image but Circe didn't? Huh." She shrugged at that one, before another thought entered her head "Oh god... How many of those people on Delibird are assuming we're a couple?" She asked, her words muffled by her hands on her face.

As sge started ti sweat Boon angled a hand, almost about to pinch her lips silence any...impure Language....but her restrain saw him relax. "To be fair, Circe immediately didn't like you, so she jumped at the opportunity to pretend you never were on the team. She wasn't a fan of Diamond either, but I think it was a different envy." Delson mumbled quietly as he scrolled the tag.

"It's only 60.....thousand....but that's gotta be world wide!"

"Sixty... Thousand. Sixty Thousand people!? All posting because some jerks with Camera's took pictures of me?! I should've stayed at the Temple, never should have come back to this nightmare place" She buried her head in her hands again, not seeming to hear much about Circe. It was about now that Delson would realise the buzzer for access to the penthouse would be ringing like mad. Clearly his phone work wasn't keeping them away now they had the scent of something their readers would gobble up like a Snorlax at a buffet.

"People believe anything- it'll-" Delson started but Kobi popped up. "Daaaad! Uncle Del! People are buzzing the door again!" Kobi called out as he crawled off the couch. Delson sighed as he checked the cameras the penthouse access. "Can I open it!"

"No Koko- come here, Boon huffed standing up and walking to wrangle his kid. "What did I say about answering the door?"

"Punch'em in the egg carrier?"

"That's if they aren't someone you know." He corrected.

"...Get a grown up." Kobi pouted as he was lifted up under his father's arm.

Thorn gave a soft chuckle as she listened to Boon chastising Kobi, before opening her hands back up to look at Delson "They don't know I'm here, right? Is there a backdoor I could use to get out or something, maybe try meeting out of the city when everything's cooled off?" She looked at her back, a thought in her head before she considered it more and shook her head "No, Nevermind... Even if I changed, everyone'll be looking high and low for a Flareon, and those don't hide enough..."

"...Boon could run you out somewhere. The Terrace- he jumped you guys here he can whisk you off to another spot." Delson snapped his fingers, smiling. "We have a studio apartment in the Southside, for layimg low or resting before big challenge matches. It's not under my name or the teams." Delson said

"I... I'd rather not." She muttered "It was bad enough the first time... Never liked heights..." She explained, before looking at the door where the buzzer was still going mad "But if it gets me away from them... Sure." She stood and collected her bag, walking towards the patio door.

Boon set Kobi down gently. "Behave, I'll be right back- no punching!" He reminded as he backed out of the kitchen and onto the patio. "It might be more comfortable if you climbed on my back, Tepig ride style?" He offered.

"Plus there'll be less chance of people getting the wrong impression if anyone else gets a pic..." She shook her head before climbing onto his back, wrapping her arms around his shoulders to get a good grip "Alright... Ready."

His muscles flexed gently, his hands tucking underneath her thighs to hold onto them. "You got heavier." He said smirking slightly. "Firmer." He added as he walked to along the Terrace with her. He started to pulse, ripple, taking uo some more of his Mon form. His skin reddened a bit, his hair billowing out as it grew some, plumes of feathers swirling through his hair. He jumped, launching them off the balcony. Though now he was putting more power into the kicks, wind whistling around them.

"Don't call me fat!" She replied to his words, even as her grip got tighter around him, her legs wrapping around his waist as he leapt from the terrace, launching them both skyward as she closed her eyes to keep from seeing just how high off the ground they were.

"Who said fat! I said heavy and firm! That's muscle!" He corrected as he leaned on another rooftop, sprint a bit before leaping again. "You've lost alot of soft spots if my memory is right holding up."

Thorn grumbled softly as he landed, grunting at the jolt before feeling them go airborne again "Is that really all you could think about?" She retorted, tucking her head into the back of his neck as she did so "How different I feel from last time?"

"It's what I feel, not what I think." He corrected as he landed again on a roof, stooping to a knee slowly. "I had alot of time to think about everything. And you've made yourself clear you have too." He said looking over his shoulder to her. "I'm nothing but a mountain to climb." He jumped again, using his momentum to runn along a billboard and flip over the top side, enjoying the opportunity to manuver with her unique pressure and weight.

"Mhm..." She mumbled non-committaly, seeing him turn his head towards her "Yeah, sure... Mountain to climb..." She then gave a cry of fear as he flipped over the billboard, her hair flicking into her face as they rotated upside down, her grip getting even tighter around him "Please don't do that again..." She mumbled, cringing slightly at how her fear filled voice sounded.

Boon chuckled softly as he touched another rooftop. "Sorry. You...are fun to carry." He admitted as he set her down gently. "Even if you are heavy." He said walking over to a number pad locked access door and punched in a code. It clicked gently. "This is the place, my roof access number is ...0136." He said

"0136. Right... And stop calling me heavy!" She grumbled as she brushed her hair back from over her eyes, shaking her head a little as she pulled the door open and stepped inside, not entirely sure what to expect... It was a Delson owned building, so her first thought was 'Luxury' but then, if it was meant to be a hideaway, perhaps it wouldn't be overtly furnished...

"would you prefer sturdy?" He said biting a snile vack as he teased her a little more on yhe way down the stairs. The complex was a deal smaller than Delson main establishment, still njce and well cared for by its staff and landlord clearly. Better than what she had ever got...no, still on par with her hotels and inns suites she'd sleep in..though now she'd have no nightly company. The door she was led to was unlocked with a brass key, letting her stride inti the studio flat. A 'small' duplex style studio apartment greeting her eyes. It wasn't glaring opulent like Felsons penthouse, but she definitely had slept in temple furnishings that could be stacked up in this apartment. It had a clear window pane thar showed the outside world, but it was tuned, treated to keep outside eyes from prying. Automated curtains, a full kitchen, a entertainment center, even exercise equipment on the bottom floor, a stair way that likely would take her to her bed room. The furnishings were well taken care of, foreign.

"I'd prefer you not to say anything!" She snapped back, still rising to the bait as he teased her more. When she got through the door into the apartment, she started to look around with a look of impressed surprise on her face. She'd forgotten just what it was like to live in places like this, compared to the temple where her entire room would have fit in just one corner, the Exercise Equipment alone more advanced than anything she'd used for the last 5 years. She walked across and took her upper layer off, dropping her bag and inspecting the different machines, whilst Boon would get a text from Delson, asking him to get back soon so Kobi wouldn't be left alone.

Boon looked at his phone, leaning in the doorway. "Mm-" he closed the text. What was Delson thinking? He'd spend all day with her? "There's a spare key in that little vase of Azures head." He said pointing it out. "Uh. I'm guessing you don't have a phone.. so if you need us, use the landline in the kitchen. And uh- oh There's food in the fridge- and there's some numbers to call if something breaks or you need help too- ah. What am I doing-" he said shaking his head. ",you're grown, not a kid." He said shaking his head as he pushed off the door. "I'm going to head back."
