Fantasy RP Kindness Goes A Long Way

Aaron snorts and kisses Tora's cheek. Syra giggles and shakes her head. "Well, that's no surprise. At least we won't have trouble getting her to eat healthy." Aaron rolls his eyes before grabbing himself an apple slice from the tray. "I'm glad you like the watermelon, baby. I'll make sure to feed you fruit salads frequently."

Feeding her never should be a worry unless she refuses then it should be concerning of her health. “Fruit salad? What is fruit? Or a salad?” She had so much to see and taste. Lucio kept her strict on meat and grain based meals, not wanting to risk allergic reactions. But those meals were only given as prizes or when he was showing her off.

A muscle twitches in Aaron's jaw as he imagines how Tora was kept at Lucio's house. The fact that she knew so little about fruits and other healthier foods drove him insane. "Fruits is something made by plants that tend to taste sweet or even sour at times. It's full of vitamins our bodies need." He presses a kiss to her cheek, admiring how cute she is whenever she asks questions. "And a salad is just a bunch of things mixed together like fruits or mostly vegetables."

Much to learn, and much to explore but she still held concerns, what if Lucio will always be after her? What if he catches her one day? Will she ever ge free again? What would happen to Aaron? With this questions in mind she kept a smile in her face “oh! I cant wait to try it all!” Taking a piece of cheese to try next.

"We will make sure you try anything and everything." Aaron smiles and looks up at the sky, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath to enjoy the salty air. Despite his calm state, Aaron's mind races with plans on what to do in many different situations. He wasn't about to give Lucio a chance to catch him off guard again. Whether he liked it or not, Aaron would have no choice but to use some of the skills his family would use in order to protect Tora while simultaneously taking Lucio down.

Shortly dinner was prepared for them to gather in the dining hall area outside the kitchen. Tora did have to keep in mind she was eating for two but rather be safe than sorry with this motion sickness. “What we having?” Looking to Syra, beginning to wonder more aboit her. This world Aaron was part of in the past was busy but powerful. Something bad must’ve made him leave it all behind.

Taking a seat next to Tora, Aaron smiles and places his hand on her thigh. Syra nods and takes her seat on the opposite side and places her napkin in her lap. "The cooks have prepared some honey glazed salmon with some roasted asparagus and baked potatoes." Aaron couldn't help but feel his mouth water for just a moment. "Always have to pull out all the stops to show off, don't you Syra?" She huffs ans crosses her arms. "Shut up... I wanted something nice for Tora."

Understanding little of what Syra said Tora’s mouth was watering from the smell of food, watching like a hawk as it was set down before them. She eyes Aaron hearing him tease Syra, the both adored each other and seemed Tora as well. “Okay fish…salmon, green stuff, and weird potatoes” Tora spoke after examining her plate. About to reach in and begin she pauses remembering utensils were a thing.

Aaron smiles and lifts his fork, cutting a peice of salmon from Tora's plate before holding it out for her to eat. "Here, I want to see your reaction when you try it." The honey glazed drips slowly from the fork, glistening like gold while the steam rises with its decadent aroma. Syra laces her fingers together before resting her chin on them, smiling with excitement. "Also, the green stuff is asparagus. Don't worry if you don't like it." Aaron chuckles, loving Tora's inexperience with food.

Opening her mouth she happily accepts the small bite of salmon to taste, she was familiar with the fish but not fancy cooked. She hums, munching a little to swallow “ooo sweet!” She giggles liking it right away. Following how he did it, her hand a tad shaking as she sliced the salmon for another bite. Eyeing the green thing she hums curious what it could taste like, probably bitter.

Syra giggles and starts to dig into her own plate, happy with Tora enjoying the food. Aaron smiles and take a few bites of his asparagus, the soft crunch being perfect. Leaning back in his seat, he lets out a content sigh while his glass is filled with an alcohol free wine. He glances at Tora, chuckling at her skeptical look about the asparagus. "Give it try, baby."

This was a delicious dinner so far, fish that made a sweet taste in her mouth. She eyes Aaron at tue suggestion of trying the asparagus he spoke of. Tora went for the potato next, humming to its filling taste saving the greens for last. The crunch and bitter taste made her shake her head and stick her tongue out “gross!”

Aaron snorts and laughs at Tora's reaction, shaking his head before petting her hair. "I'm sorry you didn't like it, baby. You don't have to eat it." Leaning closer, a presses a kiss to the side of her head while Syra pouts a little. "She really should eat her vegetables. It would be good for the kit and for her." Aaron's eyes snap to Syra, narrowing slightly. "Shush. I'm not letting your force veggies down her throat like you did to me when I was younger."

Overall meats were the best she can have in her diet for the kit but she was just glad not to eat the greens . She clearly enjoyed fruit, that was delicious and sweet. Going back to her potatoes and salmon she let the two bicker until she was done. “Are two you like how family usually acts? Caring, bicker, tease, support one another” she questions.

Aaron and Syra both fall silent, their gaze shifting to Tora with a mix of surprise and sadness. While they knew that Tora was never shown much of regular family interactions, they weren't ready to see it so clear as day through her question. Aaron smiles after a moment, "I would say we are. While Syra and I have our disagreements, we would never let anything happen to one another." Syra nods and gives Tora a warm smile. "You're a part of that dynamic as well now, Tora. I hope you know that."

Their expressions caused worry in Tora, did she misstep? She did not mean to be rude but the two of them were clearly happy in each other company even when they get on each others nerves. A smile grew by their answers “Really? I am family?” She squeaks. After her mother left she never thought she would have a family again. “Thank you!” Hugging onto Aaron with loud purrs.

Aaron laughed softly and hugs Tora warmly, nuzzling his face into the crook of her neck. "Of course you're family, Tora. We would never leave you to fend for yourself." His hand gently rubs up and down her back, loving the way she feels in his arms. Syra smiles and shakes her head. "You will never be without a family again, Tora. Just as Aaron is like a little brother to me, you are now like a little sister to me."

Lowering back her ears, his arms feeling like her shelter, strong and warm. Tora rests her eyes a moment, the sensation of her heart swelling in her chest with happiness. How lucky was she? She got away and stumbled into this man’s path. He has done so much to protect her. A few tears fall along her cheeks “um..do they have baths on here?” Changing the topic. She wanted to clean up for the night before going to bed.

Syra giggles and motions for Aaron to lead the way. "You already know where to go, Aaron. Just make sure you close the door." She winks at the two before going back to eating. Aaron huffs and clenches his jaw, his cheeks flushing. "Come on, Tora. Let's go get you cleaned up." Not wanting to let her go, he scoops the white tiger up into his arms and carries her back down the stairs to find the bathroom. "How are you feeling, sweetie? Any more motion sickness?"

Tora felt confused by Syra’s teasing but she thought it through and soon was also blushing. Her train of thought going off track when lifted into Aarons arms. She smiles with a shake of her head “not right now but water always calms me” she admits with a sigh. “So, I do have legs ya know” she teases him once they were downstairs.

Aaron laughs softly and holds her just a little tighter for a moment before setting her down. "I know. I just... really like holding you." He scratches behind his head while smiling, knowing he was coddling her. "The bathroom is just this way." Leading the way once more, Aaron walked down the hall before opening a small door. "Would you like me to stay close by just in case?"

Once on her feet she flicks her ears finding it quite an interest how protective he was, understandably. If only he knew how strong she can become. Walking into the bathroom she pauses glancing around “we are safe, you should go rest” closing the door. Alone, she walks before the mirror, her gaze looking at every single bandage as she removes her clothes. Slowly she removed the bandages to allow her wounds to breath and get a good rinse. She knew it would sting but well worth it if it helped the healing process. A little twirl in the mirror she smiles, her gaze dropping to her stomach. Lightly running her hand over herself she still couldnt believe she was with kit.

Tora shook her head focusing back on a good clean up. The water certainly stung but she focused on washing her hair and scrubbing any dirt away. This shower of hers took quite some time until she was done. Peeking her head out to the hallway wondering where Aaron was so he could check her wounds.

After watching the door close, Aaron sighs and slowly walks to their room. He hadn't been able to fully rest or relax ever since those men broke into his apartment. His mind still races even though they're out in the middle of the ocean. Sitting in the edge of the bed, Aaron pulls out his phone and goes through the messages from his clients. Of course, his most troublesome client was blowing uo his phone with demands of when he will be back.

Tossing his phone to the side, Aaron flops back onto the bed and sighs heavily. "Should've turned my phone off instead of looking at that." Hearing the bathroom door open, he sits back up and starts walking back out of the room. "Tora? You okay?"

Did have better hearing than herself? Tora smiles seeing him appear from their room “yes, the shower was wonderful” she answers. Opening the door she steps back in the bathroom for him to follow “do you mind checking my wounds, I rinsed them so they could some time to breathe” she explains, hopping up onto the bathroom counter.

Tora pauses, her ears perking up as she takes in his frame “what’s wrong?” She questions. A tilt of her head and a flick of her tail indicating he better tell her the truth.

Following Tora into the bathroom, Aaron leans closer as he starts to inspection her wounds. Seeing them starting to heal helps him relax slightly, but his shoulders remain tense.

Looking up at Tora as she asks, he shakes his head and sighs with a soft smile. "Nothing really. Just some annoying clients trying to contact me repeatedly. Your wounds are doing well. I'd say you should leave the bandages off for a while so they could start to dry up and heal over."

Watching his movements she felt guilty he held so much weight on his shoulders. At least his answer was reassuring other than his clients annoying him. There are plenty humans they can pay to perform what he did, probably they were sad to no longer see his pretty face. She grins a little to that thought. “Okay, good those bandages felt restricting” she sighs with relief.

“Hey, weird suggestion but may I give you a massage?” Tilting her head as her eyes run up and down his body. Sure, knowing her it may fall into a situation more intimate than a massage, he needed one either way.

Aaron smiles and gently pets Tora's hair, happy to see her wounds are getting better. Being surprised by her question, his cheeks warm and his eyebrows rise. "You want to...givee ne a massage?" A soft chuckle escapes his throat before he nods. "That would be great actually, thank you."

Leading Tora back to the bedroom, Aaron closes the door before slipping off his shirt. His muscles flex slightly as he stretches out his arms, walking over to the bed to lay down. "You really don't have to do this, baby, but I really appreciate it."

Slipping back into clothing Tora skips back to their bedroom, changing into one of his shirts. Well more like a night dress in her frame. She bites lightly on her bottoms lip, his bare torso making her all bubbly inside. Crawling upon the bed, sitting gently on his thighs as she leans forward to run her fingers down his spine. “Anything to help you relax and forget these annoying ex clients of yours” she spike, a feeling he’d never return. The apartment had routine surveillance now.

Her thumbs press down making circles along tue muscles of his upper back. Slowly she presses her hands down on either side of spine before working her hands down.
