Fantasy RP Kindness Goes A Long Way

Aaron snorts and kisses Tora's cheek. Syra giggles and shakes her head. "Well, that's no surprise. At least we won't have trouble getting her to eat healthy." Aaron rolls his eyes before grabbing himself an apple slice from the tray. "I'm glad you like the watermelon, baby. I'll make sure to feed you fruit salads frequently."

Feeding her never should be a worry unless she refuses then it should be concerning of her health. “Fruit salad? What is fruit? Or a salad?” She had so much to see and taste. Lucio kept her strict on meat and grain based meals, not wanting to risk allergic reactions. But those meals were only given as prizes or when he was showing her off.

A muscle twitches in Aaron's jaw as he imagines how Tora was kept at Lucio's house. The fact that she knew so little about fruits and other healthier foods drove him insane. "Fruits is something made by plants that tend to taste sweet or even sour at times. It's full of vitamins our bodies need." He presses a kiss to her cheek, admiring how cute she is whenever she asks questions. "And a salad is just a bunch of things mixed together like fruits or mostly vegetables."

Much to learn, and much to explore but she still held concerns, what if Lucio will always be after her? What if he catches her one day? Will she ever ge free again? What would happen to Aaron? With this questions in mind she kept a smile in her face “oh! I cant wait to try it all!” Taking a piece of cheese to try next.

"We will make sure you try anything and everything." Aaron smiles and looks up at the sky, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath to enjoy the salty air. Despite his calm state, Aaron's mind races with plans on what to do in many different situations. He wasn't about to give Lucio a chance to catch him off guard again. Whether he liked it or not, Aaron would have no choice but to use some of the skills his family would use in order to protect Tora while simultaneously taking Lucio down.

Shortly dinner was prepared for them to gather in the dining hall area outside the kitchen. Tora did have to keep in mind she was eating for two but rather be safe than sorry with this motion sickness. “What we having?” Looking to Syra, beginning to wonder more aboit her. This world Aaron was part of in the past was busy but powerful. Something bad must’ve made him leave it all behind.

Taking a seat next to Tora, Aaron smiles and places his hand on her thigh. Syra nods and takes her seat on the opposite side and places her napkin in her lap. "The cooks have prepared some honey glazed salmon with some roasted asparagus and baked potatoes." Aaron couldn't help but feel his mouth water for just a moment. "Always have to pull out all the stops to show off, don't you Syra?" She huffs ans crosses her arms. "Shut up... I wanted something nice for Tora."

Understanding little of what Syra said Tora’s mouth was watering from the smell of food, watching like a hawk as it was set down before them. She eyes Aaron hearing him tease Syra, the both adored each other and seemed Tora as well. “Okay fish…salmon, green stuff, and weird potatoes” Tora spoke after examining her plate. About to reach in and begin she pauses remembering utensils were a thing.

Aaron smiles and lifts his fork, cutting a peice of salmon from Tora's plate before holding it out for her to eat. "Here, I want to see your reaction when you try it." The honey glazed drips slowly from the fork, glistening like gold while the steam rises with its decadent aroma. Syra laces her fingers together before resting her chin on them, smiling with excitement. "Also, the green stuff is asparagus. Don't worry if you don't like it." Aaron chuckles, loving Tora's inexperience with food.

Opening her mouth she happily accepts the small bite of salmon to taste, she was familiar with the fish but not fancy cooked. She hums, munching a little to swallow “ooo sweet!” She giggles liking it right away. Following how he did it, her hand a tad shaking as she sliced the salmon for another bite. Eyeing the green thing she hums curious what it could taste like, probably bitter.

Syra giggles and starts to dig into her own plate, happy with Tora enjoying the food. Aaron smiles and take a few bites of his asparagus, the soft crunch being perfect. Leaning back in his seat, he lets out a content sigh while his glass is filled with an alcohol free wine. He glances at Tora, chuckling at her skeptical look about the asparagus. "Give it try, baby."
