She gave a soft laugh after that and shook her head, "I dunno, I feel the 'read people' part can turn into mind readerness," she began to tell him next.

"No..." He drags out. "Two completely different things." Reyes states holding up his hand with one finger extended in an 'um actually' motion.

She gave a sigh and shook her head, "Fine fine, whatever you say," she smiles and leans back slightly. She then turned her head to survey the room. "You know, being in the room like this..with just us and not your..ex hovering over you-- it's been..quite some time," she remarks to him next.

Reyes looks at her with a small tilt of his head before he looks around the room as well. "Yeah. I guess it has been a bit." He comments quietly before shifting his body to flop face first onto the bed.

She watched him and gave a soft laugh at his actions. “You okay?” She asked him, tilting her head a bit. “That didn’t sound too pleasant..” she mentioned to him now.

Reyes wiggled softly. "It's just... I miss those days you know." He mumbles into the bed before moving his head to the side to look at her.

She watched him closely before she leaned back slightly. “Well.. they certainly were..fun,” she commented with a small grin forming on her face. “I’m sure we’ll be able to create more of those ‘days’ in the future,” she murmured out.

Reyes hummed lowly shifted to his back to prop himself up on his elbows. "Yeah. I'd like to do that honestly." He awnsers softly. He then smiles at her, his smile wide and happy.

She blushed faintly from his words and she looked to his smile. “And perhaps..sometime soon, you’ll give me a mate mark?” She asked in hopes.
